Kai Crestless:

As I walked into the Disciplinary Committee room I looked around at the members. While I thought none of them would really stand out to me, I was wrong. There was someone I never expected to see here in Dicathen. Caera Denoir.

'Why is she here? Why wasn't I notified that she was sent? Is Draneeve withholding information? No that doesn't make sense, maybe he hasn't gotten informed about her being here,' I thought, trying to understand why someone of a high-blood would be here In Dicathen.

She seemed to be close to another member of the Disciplinary Committee. Arthur Leywin. He wasn't in any reports as he was a commoner, but I couldn't sense his or Lady Caera's mana core. They seemed to be meditating, but I couldn't properly tell.

Once Caera and Arthur stopped whatever they were doing, I tried to send discrete signals to Caera, but each time she either ignored me, or didn't see them.

'Why is she ignoring the signals? We were taught specifically to notice them and to never miss them. So, why won't she notice them?' I thought, still not being able to wrap my mind around why she was even here. 'Wasn't she Scythe Seris' student? Why would she of all people send a student of her's to be a spy?'

Claire, the leader of the Disciplinary Committee did her little speech. It wasn't a long one, just what our job is supposed to be and that if you do anything against the school rules we'll catch you.

Once it was over I rushed out of there, I needed to inform Draneeve of Lady Caera, figure out if he knew that she was supposed to be here in Dicathen. I made it back to my dorm room and pulled out a piece of paper. I started to write my report on the Disciplinary Committee. Once it was finished I snuck out of my room.

I soon made my way to an alleyway on the far side of the campus. There I removed a single brick where there was a hidden tube. I placed the letter in the tube and watched as it disappeared.

Arthur Leywin:

After my first class had finished with Caera, we went our different ways, with her being a battle mage, while I am a scholar-mage, it was expected for us to have separate classes. While walking there I remember what class I had next, it was the class with the Giest.

'Papa, what's wrong?' Sylvie asked, most likely feeling my emotions through our bond

'Nothing for you to worry about Sylv,' I smiled, pinching her cheeks.

Once I entered the class I went up to the seating area and waited for the others to arrive. While I wasn't early, I wasn't late as only around half the class was there from what I remember.

"May I sit here?" I heard a soft quiet voice come from my right. I looked over to see Kathyln.

"Sure, go ahead," I said, not really caring where she sat.

"Thank you,"

"Ah, my rival, it is good to see you again," I heard Feyfey from behind me.

"Feyfey, we just saw each other a bit over an hour ago. Did you forget that we're roommates?" I asked, looking back at him while Feyfey seemed to take what I said through one ear and the other. (For idiots who don't know what that means, Feyfey didn't listen)

Soon the doors opened to the classroom, and there walked in Giest. He looked more like a low class adventurer than an actual professor, but remembering correctly he was at light yellow which was impressive, even if he is just a pile of trash that can speak.

"Hello class, I am sorry as I was a bit late, I got caught up in some business," He said, walking into the middle of the room, an arrogant smile on his face. "I am happy to see so many students attending my class, even some of the esteemed Disciplinary Committee members are here to attend," Geist said, looking at me directly.
