Day 3

Elizabeth's POV

The air in the hotel was very humid this morning. I woke up hot, sweaty and alone. I picked my head up off the bed and looked around the room to find Y/N, but it equated to nothing. I sat up and picked up one of Y/N's t-shirts and let it hang over my build, tying my hair into a bun as I did. When I opened the bedroom door, I saw Y/N, dancing around the kitchen singing along to the Italian radio.

Because I'm the devil who's searching for redemption
And I'm a lawyer who's searching for redemption
And I'm a killer who's searching for redemption
A motherfucking monster who's searching for redemption

And I'm a bad guy who's searching for redemption
And I'm a blonde girl who's searching for redemption
And I'm a freak that is searching for redemption
A motherfucking monster who's searching for redemption.

I laughed and leaned against the door watching her as she thought she was on her own. I cleared my throat, and she turned around to look at me.

"Oh, hey good morning, I didn't know you were awake," she said with a large smile, walking towards me to give me a kiss.

"Yeah, I just woke up, it's really hot in here," I said laughing, flapping my hands around.

She laughed and planted another kiss on my head, "I'll open the balcony door."

She walked towards the door and pushed it open, smiling back at me. God I can't get over how much I love this woman. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life living alongside her and loving every moment of it.

"Hey Liz, I lost you there for a second," she said, placing her finger on my chin for me to look at her.

"Hey," I smiled, staring into her eyes, "you're so pretty."

She scrunched her nose and smiled sweetly, "You're a real charmer you know that?" She replied.

I nodded my head and hooked my arms around her neck, "mhm, I love you," I mumbled leaning in to kiss her.

"I love you too," she said against my lips, "I'll make you a coffee while you tell me what our plans are today?"

I nodded and leaned on the kitchen side to watch her as she started the coffee machine, "so I thought we could go to one of the art museums? There's a Van Gogh exhibition in town and I remember how much you love him so-" I stopped because she was looking at me with a large smile.

"You remembered," she stated.

I nodded, furrowing my eyebrows, "of course I did. You literally mean everything to me Y/N," I reminded her.

She smiled and kissed the crown of my head before bringing my coffee over to me.

"Thank you lovely," I replied, taking a sip and wrapping my hands around the mug, "our flight is tomorrow evening, so we have all of today and most of tomorrow to explore Naples."

She nodded her head, "I think there is a craft market tomorrow in the cathedral," she replied, pulling up her phone to google it, "mhm, yeah so we can have a chill morning and then go to the market?"

I nodded my head, "sounds good," I smiled, "dinner out tonight?"

She nodded her head and wrapped her arms around my waist from behind, leaning her head on my shoulder. She began humming along to the radio, swaying her hips slightly. I placed my mug down and turned to face her, wrapping my arms around her neck.

"Dance with me?" I asked.

"Always," she replied, kissing my lips gently.

When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie
That's amore
When the world seems to shine like you've had too much wine
That's amore
Bells will ring ting-a-ling-a-ling, ting-a-ling-a-ling
And you'll sing "Vita bella"
Hearts will play tippy-tippy-tay, tippy-tippy-tay
Like a gay tarantella.
