Finding Her

Life

"Allen- Allen please talk to me?! I know you're there?! Please- I hate being alone!"
I whine
He eventually opens the door.
"Did you enjoy being in here alone?"
I shake my head rapidly
"Okay you can come into the living room with me!"
I smile as I pull myself up off the floor I was crying on.
I walk into the living room with him and he sits me down onto the couch.
"Stay there honey, I'll fix you up something to eat"
"Thanks sir"
I repulse at my own words.
I wake up crying and Jane holds me
I sob into her chest as she rocks me
"Oh honey Sh sh you're safe!"
"I- I just want these nightmares to go away?"
"I know baby."
I sigh as I dry my tears
I get up and I use the bathroom.
I take shower as Jane lingers.
I look at my bump as I shower.
I quickly dry myself then I get dressed
I yawn since I'm still tired
We go down to the kitchen and she feeds me
She then eats her own food
I sit there focusing on it purging or hurting myself in any way.
I take a breath then we go out.
We go for a walk.
I sigh as I feel the babies kick
"They're kicking"
I comment as I cup my bump.
I feel so fat already since my bump is all baby
"Aw"
Jane feels her kicks as we walk.
We go to a café and I get a tea.
We sit at the back and it's so calm.
We head home and take a a bath together
After that, we have dinner then I go to bed alone
Jane stays up to have a drink with her mom.
She knocks on the door
"Hi"
I respond
She comes in
"My ma and I were thinking that we could get together at the bar tomorrow with everyone?"
"Yeah sure...it would be good to announce the pregnancy"
"Yeah exactly it's settled then. Get a good sleep baby"
I nod.
I place a hand on my bump and I take a breath.
I fall asleep soon after
