~Felix's POV~

"Are they doing any better?" Minho asked with a little sad frown on his face as I returned to five of my mates in the living room, all looking equally as worried as the next. Though the others could probably tell my answer by my expression, I was asked anyway.

"No. Chan hyung is unresponsive and Jisung hyung is still crying." I mumbled softly. "I think it's best if we leave them alone for awhile. I think they're coping best when they're alone with each other. We'll just watch them on the cameras occasionally to check on them. I can't imagine how they feel right now, I don't want to overwhelm them with other's presences. Okay?"

Each of my other mates nodded at my words. All of them looked depressed, and I was sure I probably did too. We were all helpless as two of our mates were devastated, having recently come home from a doctor's appointment, and...learning of Chan's subfertility.

One by one, my mates each disappeared to their rooms to cope with the news in their own ways too. Seungmin and Jeongin vanished to their shared room, Minho went to his and Changbin's, while Hyunjin went to our bedroom. Though Changbin stayed in the living room, a blank but hard expression on his face as he stared at nothing. Quietly taking in the news from where he sat.

"Babe?" I called softly as I went to sit by him. "Are you okay?"

When he felt my hand gently take his, he looked at me. He had a serious expression on his face, notably upset now as I spoke to him. I offered him the best comforting smile I could give him as I cuddled close to him, encasing his hand in mine.

"I'm fine." He mumbled. "Just thinking."

"Mind if I ask about what?" I asked sweetly as he intertwined our fingers. He hummed softly, though he remained quiet for a long while. Like he was collecting his thoughts first.

"When the time comes, Felix, I'd like it if we could have a pup together." He mumbled. "Between our omegas, I think you're the one I want to have a pup with the most."

"Yeah?" I mumbled with a little smile, though I wasn't entirely sure why he was bringing this up right now. "If that's what you want, then I'm happy to give you a pup. Though timing will be a bit of a bitch." I mumbled as I considered my nursing career.

"I don't want to do it anytime soon. That's why I'm mentioning it." He said, letting out a soft sigh. "I don't want to upset Chan hyung and Jisung with another pup when they've recently learned they'll struggle having one together. I can't give myself that when they won't have it so easily. So..." He bit his lip a bit, before he took in a deep breath. "Until Chan hyung and Jisung conceive a pup together...let's hold off on having a pup with each other. Can we agree to do that?"

"Of course we can." I mumbled. "I don't know that I'm ready to have another pup just yet anyway. It's unhealthy to go from one pregnancy to another. I'd like to wait at least a year. Stagger our pup's ages, too. Multiple toddlers will be a nightmare starting out."

He hummed. "I'm glad you agree." He mumbled, before he leaned over and gently pecked my lips. "Thank you, pumpkin."

"You don't have to thank me, hyung. Neither of us our ready for it. I'm happy that you're thinking of Chan hyung and Jisung hyung. Your instincts won't get irritated?" I asked as I moved closer to him, laying my legs over his lap and sitting sideways, leaning my shoulder against the couch and my head on his shoulder.
