Korsak: He could be holding Beth prisoner somewhere.

Jane: We gotta talk to his coworkers.

Jane: Who's this, his lawyer?

Lawyer: You have to understand, my client got screwed by the cops once before.

Jane: We have a missing girl whose water broke at least 14 hours ago.

Lawyer: I can assure you Sam had nothing to do with it.

Jane: How do you know Beth?

Sam: Last time I talked to you people, I got three years in San Quentin.

Jane: How long were you sleeping with her?

Sam: That wasn't that kind of association.

Jane: What were they doing? Parcheesi? If this baby dies while you're jerking me, I will make San Q. look like Club Med.
