"Hey." Puck said, approaching Quinn at her locker.
"Hey." Quinn smiled. "Ready to go?"
"Actually, I kinda made plans." Puck replied. "So I'll see you tomorrow."
"Tomorrow?" Quinn repeated, furrowing her eyebrows. "You're not coming over later?"
"I have plans with Finn and some of the guys." Puck answered.
"And those plans involve staying out all night?" Quinn asked.
"Kinda." Puck muttered.
"Noah." Quinn gave him a look.
"I gotta go." Puck said.
Quinn grabbed his arm. "Are you okay? What's going on?"
"I'm okay." Puck promised.
"So talk to me." Quinn ordered.
"I can't." Puck replied.
"Noah, it's me." Quinn pointed out. "Since when can't you talk to me?"
"I have to go." Puck told Quinn as he began to walk away.
"Did you do something?" Quinn called after him.
Puck didn't say anything, but he shook his head as he continued walking.
-
"Dude, we have a problem." Finn announced as he entered the choir room, rounding out the group of glee boys.
"Yeah, I know. That's why we're here." Puck stated.
Finn shook his head. "Quinn thinks you're cheating on her."
"What?" Puck asked.
"She just asked me what's going on with you." Finn said.
"Did you tell her I'm not cheating?" Puck wondered.
"Wait, I don't get it." Sam chimed in. "Why don't you just-?"
"Tell her that her boyfriend is a complete idiot who probably isn't graduating high school?" Puck cut Sam off. "No way."
"You're gonna graduate." Blaine swore, smiling optimistically.
"Yeah, we're all gonna help you." Artie added.
"Why don't you just tell her, dude?" Joe questioned Puck.
"Quinn has enough on her plate." Puck shook his head. "I'll tell her once I pass Doosenbury's test."
Finn nodded. "Let's get started."
-
"Hey." Puck said softly as he entered Quinn's bedroom.
"Hey." Quinn repeated.
"Your mom let me in." Puck began. "I'm sorry I didn't talk to you before, but I'm here now and I wanna explain."
"So explain." Quinn nodded as she looked at Puck.
"I'm not cheating on you." Puck swore.
Quinn furrowed her eyebrows.
"Finn said you asked him about that." Puck noted. "And he was covering for me, but it wasn't that. I would never do that. Well, not to you anyway."
"Then what's going on?" Quinn questioned Puck.
"We pulled an all-nighter and the guys helped me study for Doosenbury's test." Puck informed Quinn. "I needed to pass that to graduate, but I failed, so I'm flunking out."
"You're not flunking out." Quinn shook her head. "I won't let that happen."
"It's too late, Quinn." Puck replied.
"We'll find another way." Quinn swore.
"That was my other way." Puck stated. "It's done."
"No." Quinn insisted.
Puck looked at her.
"Why didn't you tell me?" Quinn wondered.
"Because I didn't want you to feel like you had to drop everything to help me." Puck answered.
"That's not your decision to make." Quinn said.
"It's my fault I'm flunking." Puck pointed out. "It has nothing to do with you. It's not on you."
"I would've helped you." Quinn told Puck. "Not because I felt obligated to, not because you're my boyfriend or my daughter's father, but because I wanted to."
Puck looked at Quinn.
"Because you would do the same for me." Quinn added. "Whenever I need you, you're there. You don't think that works both ways?"
Puck exhaled slowly. "I'm sorry, okay?"
"You're graduating with me."
