Library (Quick)

"Have either of you seen Quinn?" Puck questioned Santana and Brittany.

"She's probably at the mall buying stretch pants." Santana shrugged, and Brittany snickered.

"I'm serious." Puck replied. "I need to talk to her."

"Well, I haven't seen her." Santana said.

"Me neither." Brittany added. "Sorry."

Puck rolled his eyes before walking away. He found Tina and Kurt in the hallway. "Do you know where Quinn is?"

"B-B-Books." Tina stuttered.

"Mercedes said they were going to the library." Kurt added.

"The what?" Puck asked.

"The library." Kurt repeated.

Puck looked at him.

"Seriously, Puckerman?" Kurt exhaled. "Second floor."

"Right, yeah." Puck nodded as he began to walk away. "Thanks."

Puck walked away, heading down the hall to the stairs. He went up and walked around until he found what he imagined a library would look like.

Hesitantly, Puck entered and began walking around.

"Quinn?"

"Shhh!"

Puck looked at the librarian and nodded. "My bad."

"Shhh!"

Puck nodded and continued walking around. He found Mercedes and Quinn seated at one of the tables, so he walked over to them.

"Hey."

"Puck? What are you doing here?" Quinn questioned him softly.

"I've been looking for you." Puck replied.

"Well, you found me." Quinn pointed out. "How did you find me?"

"It wasn't easy." Puck said. "Kurt told me you were here."

Quinn nodded. "Why were you looking for me?"

"I wanna talk to you." Puck told Quinn, glancing at Mercedes.

"Okay." Quinn replied. She took a deep breath and looked at Mercedes. "Can you give us a minute?"

"Shhh!"

Quinn got up from the table as the librarian reprimanded her. "Noah, let's go talk somewhere else."

Puck nodded, and followed Quinn as she stormed out of the library.

"I was in the library to hide from you." Quinn confessed as she turned to face Puck. "Because I know what you wanna talk about."

"You do?" Puck asked.

"Yeah." Quinn said. "Us. Our situation."

Puck nodded. "I wanna do this right. I wanna be there for you, and for her, and I wanna be a good dad."

"Noah." Quinn said softly.

"We can do this." Puck insisted. "And if you don't want to, I'll get over that, but I know we can."

Quinn bit her lip as she thought it over.

"Either way, I still wanna be there for you." Puck added. "I don't want you leaving, and I wanna be a part of this. As much as you'll let me."

"I..." Quinn paused for a moment. "I want that, too, but... I want her to have everything."

"We can give her everything." Puck promised. "I'll do whatever it takes."

Quinn looked at Puck.

"I swear I'm gonna be a good dad, if that's what you choose." Puck said. "But if not, in the meantime, let me be a good baby daddy."

"I'll stay." Quinn decided. "But I don't wanna make any decisions about her yet."

"Okay." Puck nodded. "And I won't bring it up again. You know what I think and what I want, so whenever you wanna talk about it, you let me know."

Quinn nodded back as she looked at Puck. "Okay."

"And while we're talking about this, if you need anything, or if you need more from me ever, just ask." Puck added.

"Noah." Quinn said. "Thanks."
