It was Jack's birthday and we wanted surprise him. It was almost midnight 11:47 to be specific.

I had went out and gotten cake earlier in the day. I was in the kitchen sticking his 20 candles in. Wow.

I can't believe he's almost twenty. I began to think back to when we first met and he was only 17. Now he's growing up quickly.

"Hurry he's outside now" I lit the candles and slid the cake off the table into my hands.

"1, 2, 3. Happy birthday!" We all shouted.

He looked surprised before smiling.
"I guess you guys surprised me. Thank you baby" He blew out his candles.

"What did you wish for?" I know he's not supposed to tell me but I had to know.

"Nothing. I already have everything I could wish for" I leaned over and kissed him. Getting frosting on my nose.

"I love you Jack Johnson."

Happy birthday to baby Johnson. Well he's not a baby anymore, he's officially 20.
