Hi, Im Jessi :) and I have a bestfriend named Tony
Hes so sweet and nice to me and he was my bestie valentine this year. He got my gifts and present and he calls me names like Sexy, Beautiful and cute. He sometimes likes to play around in front of friends saying were dating and stuff.. I love him but only as a bestie my friend thinks he likes me more than just that what signs do I look for ?

Well I can tell you one very important thing.. he likes you more than just a best friend. You asked me what signs to look for and hun you just named them. He's buying you gifts, calling you names, and joking around in front of your friends that you guys are dating and stuff. The best thing to do in this situation is tell him that your uncomfortable with him doing that even if it's joking because you don't want him to think that your okay with that. And usually that will send him a sign that you don't like him more than just a friend.
