Friend problem (4)

Hi BAM!!!

Well I'm alright..it was hard breaking up with him but you were right....and my friends keep saying the same thing..it hurt but I became more happy and more confident with myself..I still think of him & messaged him yesterday which I regret doing it only hurt me more :( but I will move on...anyway I have a friend problem...my friend knows my ex and well when we were dating he told me not to tell her. I told her before we started dating that I was talking to him but she told me to be careful and not date him cause of his ex( her best friend ), she told me that supposedly he broke up with her cause of me when we were just talking but idk if this is true I never asked him and she also said the his ex would have wanted to fight since their was other drama involved .. he said I shouldn't tell her because she is best friend with his ex which I already knew and that it wasn't their business but now that I think of it idk if their was something else happening or how was this benefiting him .I made a promise not to tell her but I feel bad not telling her and keep this relationship between me and him, should I tell her or should I keep my promise to him?? I'm soo confused...sincerely Cari

I'm sorry Hun but that's a good thing you became more happy and confident :) and seems complicated... But feel like he didn't want his ex to know through your best friend and that's why he didn't want you to say anything and plus leading the allegations of him dumping her for you possibly leading true. But what's complicated is telling or not to tell your best friend about the relationship. If I was her I'd want to know and would be hurt if I didn't and also with that being said u aren't with him anymore so it's really up to you.
