You were currently at lunch with your friends debating weather or not the Nile River is in Africa. Well actually you and Mark were debating, everyone else was laughing. Some of Marks friends sit with you too but you don't mind because they're hot.

"I swear this kid"
Ariel laughs

"Mark what country is the Nile River in"

"Egypt duh"
He states matter of factly

"And what continent is Egypt in"

"Asia"
He responds confidently

You slap your hand to your forehead.

"How many people did you pay to get into 11th grade"

Everyone laughs including you.

"Seven"
He jokes

"Dead@$$ serious"

Everyone laughs again.

"So what are we doing this Friday"

"Sleeping"
You answer bluntly.

"Oh come on Y/n you never do anything exciting"

"Woah woah woah...WOAH...sleeping is very exciting"

As your laughing you feel eyes watching you from across the table. When you realize it's Jacob you immediately blush slightly, hoping he wouldn't notice.

"Seriously we should do something fun"

Your friends start discussing what they were doing over the weekend and you kinda faded out of the conversation. The next thing you knew Marks friend Jacob was sitting next to you. Out of all of them you knew the least about him, he was always kinda quiet.

"So your not busy this weekend"
He asks smirking a little

"Well unless you count sleeping then no"

He chuckles making you notice how cute he actually was for he first time.

"Do you maybe wanna hang out, go to a movie or something"

"Sounds fun"
You answer as calmly as possible knowing you were freaking out on the inside

You look away from your conversation for a second and notice all your friends looking.

"Awww Y/n's got a date"
Ariel teases

Your friends laugh at you and Jacob blushing. You feel a warm hand slip into yours from under the table. Knowing it's him only makes you blush harder.

"Your cute when you blush"
He whispers, his breath tickling your neck.
