You groan as Jacob sits on the other end of your couch making phone calls. He holds his finger to his lips as if to silently shush you. You roll your eyes and walk off to your room before returning a few minutes later to find him finished talking.
"You said you wouldn't work this weekend"
You pout, plopping yourself onto his lap.
"I just had to make some calls princess"
He says running a hand through your hair.
"I won't even think about work, ok?"
You nod happily as he circles his thumbs against your hips.
"So what do you have in mind since you clearly need my attention"
He chuckles.
"We should go walk around, then I can show you my favorite places on campus"
"Sure"
He says kissing your nose as you both get up.
"Hopefully we run into the few friends I made so I don't look like a total loner"
You joke as you walk out the door and lock it behind you.
"I have a hard time believing you of all people couldn't make friends"
He says as you walk down the hallway together and out your dorm. You take him around campus and talk about all your experiences. Jacob listens intently and lets you do so even though he already knew most of what you were saying since he only graduated about a year ago.
As you started reaching the more populated area of campus near the student center and food court, you noticed that Jacob had clearly gotten the attention of several girls due to the fact that they continued staring at him as he walked by. He must have noticed too, because he reached for your hand and you let him take it. That didn't surprise you though I mean look at him:

You say as you walk into the cafeteria.
"Well we can bump into them later, I'm going to pee"
He states bluntly walking off to the bathroom.
"I could have survived without that information"
You chuckle to yourself before your thoughts are interrupted.
