Your montage of inner excitement is interrupted by someone sending their locker door flying into your face. You take a few steps back holding your nose as you look up to see Jacob and his friends at his locker.
"Oh my god Y/n I'm so sorry"
"Nice going Jacob" Mark teases
"You knocked her off her feet, literally" Case laughs waving to you before walking off with the rest of them
"I feel so bad"
He explains sincerely pulling you towards him.
"It's ok Jacob"
He kisses you nose making you flinch a little.
"Does that hurt, should I take you to the nurse?"
He asks concerned
"I'm fine I promise"
You giggle nervously realizing he just kissed your nose in public
"Excited for tonight?"
He asks as you walk to class together.
You nod as he looks down at you.
"You really are cute y'know"
You can feel the heat rising to your cheeks.
"See what I mean"
He smirks as he makes his way to his seat and you go to yours.

You think to yourself as the doorbell rings. You grab your purse and run downstairs to open the door.
"Hi Jacob"
You smile up at him as he just stares.

He flirts making you giggle.

You say a little more excitedly than you should have which makes Jacob chuckle.
"I happen to know you like Italian food"
"You asked Mark didn't you"

You both laughed as he helped you out the car and took your hand walking in.
"I hope you don't mind that I asked"
"I think it's sweet that you care so much"
You smile making him blush a little as you get seated in a booth. You order and make small talk like anyone else on a date.
"Your on the basketball team right"
"Yeah, but I wanna hear more about you"
You blush knowing that no one had ever taken that much interest in you.
"I'm not that interesting really, I play volleyball and run track in the sprin-"
You started but then noticed Jacob zone out as you were talking. His attention focused on something behind you, immediately making you stop.
"What"
You ask thinking it was you.
"Turn around"
You turn and see exactly what he was talking about. Walking in were Ariel, Mark, Joey, and Loren.
"You have got to be kidding me"
"Oooh hey guys!"
Mark says in a voice as if he didn't know you were gonna be there.
"Really"
You say in an unenthusiastic tone as Joey and Loren squeeze in next to Jacob, and Mark and Ariel sit next to you.
"What a coincidence were all here at the same time"
Mark states nonchalantly.
"Kinda in the middle of a date here guys"
Jacob points out but gets ignored.
"So what are we ordering"
Loren asks.
"We???"
You ask with a question in your voice shooting a look at Jacob. He stifles a laugh shaking his head at you.

You laugh to yourself as the six of you start up a conversation.
