Aesop's P.O.V

Ugh, people.

All they do is talk, lie and cheat. There is no good left in this world.

Well, maybe there is one good person.

Y/N.

She's the purest and most innocent human I have ever met. She acts kind towards everyone even if they don't show her the same respect. She doesn't care about rude comments and such, she only focuses on doing her best to make the world a better place.

The world would definitely be better if we all became a little like her.

Bad sadly, that's not possible.

Or, maybe it is.

That's it.

I only need the one person who has all the influence in this world.

Y/N's P.O.V

I watched as Aesop walked over to Hyla. I'll admit, I'm really jealous. Hyla gets to spend so much time with Aesop. Me, I'm too shy. 'Shy, silent, kind Y/N'. Those idiots obviously can't tell when someone's acting. I'll never bear a chance with Aesop.

Unless...

Yes.

I just have to kill off Hyla and she won't be in the way.

But what of the others?

I'll just have to kill them too.

And then Aesop will be mine.

All mine.

All to myself.

Aesop's P.O.V

"Hyla, I need to ask for a favor."

Hyla's head snapped over to me. "Sure, shoot away." She replied. "I've been thinking for a bit. You know how Y/N is so shy and quiet and how she's so kind and perfect..." I trailed off, thinking about Y/N.

"...Aesop, back to planet Earth." I saw a hand in front of my face. Once I realized what I said, I blushed. Hyla chuckled. "So, you want me to get you together with Y/N?" She asked, smirking.

I started shaking my head. "N-No! I just wondered, since Y/N is so perfect- I MEAN, since Y/N is so silent and kind, would it be possible for you to make the entire world a bit more like Y/N? The world would be a better place."

Hyla snorted. I looked at her for an explanation. "Sweetie, if the world was a bit more like Y/N, I'd be the only living being left." I gave Hyla a confused look. Hyla sighed like I was an idiot. "Look, my point will be proven in three, two, one." Hyla slid down from her chair and I saw Y/N holding a knife which was where Hyla's chest would have been.

Y/N stared at me.

I stared at Y/N.

Y/N's eye twitched.

"Uh, I can explain...?"

"Yeah, please do."

Y/N's P.O.V

I struggled to find the words to explain to Aesop why I was behind Hyla, shaking, with a knife, in a post-stab position.

"Uh, well, uh..."

"She was jealous. She likes you, Aesop."

The bitch talked from where she slid down.

"Shut up, bitch." I snarled.

Hyla points at me. "Double point proven. For the record, Aesop wouldn't even be my first choice for a man." Aesop pretended to look hurt. "Ouch, that hurt." Hyla laughed. I feel my face contorting into more anger. Before I knew, I was lunging towards our host with full force.

Hyla simply moved away and chuckled. "Wow, okay, you're really jealous. I'll let you two work it out." Hyla waved a simple goodbye before walking away.

I was blushing like mad now. "So, you've liked me the whole time?" Aesop asked. I awkwardly nodded. Then Aesop kissed me on the cheek. "I really like you too, but after what you were going to do to Hyla, I don't know anymore." My heart crashed to the ground.

"Well then, you'd also like to know, that everyone else in the manor is dead." I snarled. He smiled. I was confused "Finally then, some peace and quiet."

"So, you're fine with dead people?"

"Of course, but you being the person who killed them I don't know if we could be together."

"Well, if you won't be with me, you can't be with anyone else."

I raised my knife and stabbed him in the heart. Aesop layed there on the ground, motionless. I drew a big X where is heart is placed. I smiled, seeing Aesop's peaceful face before stabbing myself too. I stared at Aesop's beautiful face for one last time before breathing my last breath, and everything faded to black.

Hyla's P.O.V

I walked in to see Aesop and Y/N lying on the floor. I searched the manor for everyone else, but when I couldn't find them, I knew that I would find them in the garden again. I groaned in frustration.

"NOT AGAIN!"

How many times do I have to do this just to get Aesop and Y/N together?

I snap my fingers.

I see Aesop walk towards me.

"Hyla, I need to ask for a favor."

"Sure, shoot away."
