Ryan was the most serious guy I had a relationship with. Yung tipong ideal guy ng mga babae. Bihirang magpakita ng emosyon sa kan'yang mukha at aakalain mong pwedeng umigting ang kan'yang panga.
Tatlong taon na kaming dalawa. Sa relationship namin, masasabi kong he's not the sweet type of boyfriend. He's not into public kind of relationship. He's not into PDA.
I even did the 'Oplan Pakiligin si Seryosong Boyfriend', pero wala pa ring epekto.
One time, birthday niya, I decided to surprise him. I composed a song dedicated to him. Since hindi kami nagkita dahil parehong busy sa aming pag-aaral, I called him through messenger call. As he answered the call, I started strumming the guitar and looked at his eyes when I sang the first line. He just looked at me, not uttering any single word. Nang matapos ako, he suddenly ended the call. Hindi ko na siya matawagan when I tried to call him again.
Not knowing, he posted it in his 'My Day' with a caption 'Kinikilig ako!'. Naka except ako doon kaya hindi ko nakita. The next day, binully na lang ako bigla ng mga classmates ko while playing his 'My Day'.
I became speechless. I thought he doesn't like it. Now, I'm happy because of that.
It was our 2nd Anniversary when I decided to surprise him again. I wrote a lot of letters and put them in a jar. Pinuntahan ko siya sa kanilang bahay. He also surprised me with a boquet of flowers and bunch of chocolates. I hugged him tightly. Then, I handed him my gift. He became speechless. He put down the jar at nagmamadaling pumasok sa kan'yang kwarto. I tried calling him outside his room pero ayaw niyang lumabas. He just ruined our anniversary!
Hindi na ako nagbalak na sorpresahin siya mula noon. He will just leave me alone. Ayaw na niyang pag-usapan iyon the next day.
Not until today, February 14, 2020, Valentines day. Katulong ang aking mga kaibigan, nakangiti kong idinidikit ang bawat letra sa pisara. Pinaghirapan ko iyon buong magdamag. I also prepared a gift for him. Eksaktong may klase kami so I told our teacher about my plan. Pagkapasok pa lang ni Ryan, agad agad akong sumigaw. I shouted 'Happy Valentine's Day babe!' just to surprise him. He became speechless again. Itinaas niya ang kan'yang kamay. His face became emotionless all of a sudden. He excused himself.
Napaupo ako sa aking upuan at naiiyak na.
He suddenly stormed inside our classroom. With a red cheeks, blushed ears, his face was all red.
"Don't look at me! Look at the board in front of you!," he shouted. Agad agad ko siyang sinunod dahil sa takot. An arm suddenly wrapped around me.
"Damn you! You just made me love you more baby. I'm just so lucky to have you," he whispered.
His hugged became thighter.
Well, I just witnessed how my boyfriend felt giddy on me today. And that was the best gift I've ever received in my entire life.
