When Wingshift enters her heat cycle all the Decepticons are out, except Steeljaw. He can smell her heat and he flirts with her before he takes her to his berthroom.

When Wingshift started her heat cycle Steeljaw sent all of the other Decepticons out on missions far away so that he and Wingshift could have privacy. He smirked as he walked over to her.
"Hello, Wingshift." Steeljaw said as he stood behind her.
"Hi." Wingshift said as she blushed.
"Tell me, is it hot in here, or is it just you?" Steeljaw asked as he hugged her from behind.
"Gee, I hadn't noticed." Wingshift said sarcastically.
"I might not be a weather mech, but you can expect more than a few inches tonight." Steeljaw whispered in Wingshift's right audio receptor.
