You work for Isaac Sumdac and you are friends with Sari and the Autobots. When Prowl, your boyfriend forgets about Valentine's day you are extremely sad. Thankfully he makes it up to you.
Also, this is after the final battle with Megatron and Jazz sacrificed himself instead of Prowl.

Since today was Valentine's day you were hoping to spend the entire day with Prowl, your boyfriend of six months. But you were disappointed when you found out that he was busy elsewhere. So when you got home from work you decided to make yourself some dinner. Your house/apartment was in a fairly quiet part of the city. But at the moment you were lonely.
You wished that Prowl was around so that you could kiss him, cuddle with him and maybe do some other things with him, if you know what I mean. But no, he had to be busy on the most romantic holidays. You ended up eating dinner in your living room so that you could watch a sad movie. After you were done eating dinner you took your dishes to the kitchen and put them in the dishwasher.
When you were about to go to your bedroom you heard a knock at your front door. You went and looked through the peephole and saw Prowl's holoform. You quickly unlocked the door and opened it. When you opened your front door you saw that he was holding a box.
"Hey Prowl, come in." You said as you let him come in.
After he was in you closed your front door. He took his holoform's boots off since he knew that you didn't like dirt on your carpet. You lead him to your living room and you both sat on the couch. He carefully put the box on the floor.
"Y/n, I'm sorry that I wasn't around earlier. I know that it is Valentine's day, so I brought you something." Prowl said as he carefully pushed the box over to you.
"I- thank you." You said as you started opening the box.
When you heard a tiny meow your heart started beating faster. As you opened the box you saw a small, fluffy kitten. You carefully picked the kitten up and placed it on your lap.
"It's so cute. Thank you so much." You said as you smiled at Prowl.
"You're welcome, I'm glad you like him/her." He said softly.
"I think I'll name him/her K/n." You said happily as the kitten began purring.
The kitten had a look around your living room for a moment before he/she curled up in your lap and fell asleep. You and Prowl talked for a while longer before you both fell asleep on your couch together. So far this had been one of the best Valentine's days ever.
