Chapter 63

"i am sorry Elle" he says and i shake my head, "Dude what the fuck are you doing?!" I ask while i start pushing him to his car, people are looking at us and it's super awkward. "Just wanted to tell you i am so so sorry" he says and he looks at me with puppy eyes, "Yeah yeah i know, i forgive you okey" I say and he immediately gets happy, "Really?!?!?!" he screams, "If you shut up and give me a ride to work yes" i say and he nods. He pushes the teddy bear in the car, he throws the sorry sign away. I get in the car and i look at the teddy bear, he is kinda cute tho. Daniel gets in and he starts the car, "To work huh?" he says and i nod. He starts the car and he drives away, "So uh, I know it's non of my business but why were you at the hospital? Is it cause your cheek?" he asks and my hand immediately goes to the scratch on my cheek. "You are right, it isn't your business to know why i was at the hospital, but no my cheek is fine" I say and he nods. I know that i only made him want the answer more now but that's his problem. I might have forgiven him, but that doesn't say anything. I still don't trust that guy, what if he just drops me after i finally start trusting him? What if i screw up?

He enters the parking lot and he parks the car, he gets out and i also get out. He locks his car when we're both standing outside, "Your shift is till midnight right?" he says and i just nod. "Okey good" he says and he enters the restaurant and he leaves me stunned. What the hell is he gonna do? Oh gosh he's acting like a boyfriend right now and i'm not liking this. I enter the restaurant through the back door and i quickly change into my work clothes, I see Jonah standing in the kitchen. "Hey" I say and Jonah immediately stop with what he's doing and he walks up to me, he gives me a warm hug and he holds me tightly. "How are you doing?" he asks and i just shrug my shoulders, I can see Daniel from here and he's clenching his jaw, why? I really don't get this guy.

"Yeah i get that" he says and he looks at his hands, "How's svea doing?" I ask and his face immediately lights up when i say her name, "She's clean!" he says and i smile, I am happy for them i really am, but for some reason it just feels unfair or something.

I walk to the coffee machine and i start with making some coffees, I serve them out and when i'm done with that i start with taking the orders. When i arrive at Daniel's table he's sitting there with the huge teddy bear across him, I shake my head and i hold in my laugh. "So uh what do you want?" I ask while i grab my notebook. "For me a latte macchiato please and teddy wants a glass of apple juice" he says and i laugh, "Don't you mean that you want a glass of apple juice and teddy a latte macchiato?" I say and he laughs. "Well yeah", I walk away and i start with making the orders, I love making coffee. I've been getting better and better at making those figures with the milk, I make a bear for Daniel's table. I walk up to them with their order's "Here you go tommy" I say and Daniel looks surprised, "Tommy?" he says, "It's my bear and i name him tommy" I say and Daniel smiles, "Okey then".

When it's 11pm the restaurant is almost empty, i hear the bell ring which means that customers enter the restaurant. I look up from my coffee machine and i Samantha and some of her friends. Daniel immediately hides the bear under his table and i frown. Why would he do that? Is he ashamed? Noo cause why would he have this bear with him the whole day while other customers are there. Like i said before, I really don't get this guy.
