"Elle?!" Daniel says shocked and confused, he immediately wraps one arm around my waist and grabs one of my arms and puts it around his neck, "What are you doing? You need to lay down!" Daniel says and he helps me back to the bed, I sigh and i lay back down, "What happened?" I ask and Daniel looks confused at me, "What do you mean what happened?" he asks and i sigh, "I remember that she hit me in the stomach and i fell to the ground, Samantha pulled me back up again, I grabbed her wrist and i hold it tightly so she couldn't get out. I push her away and she stumbles backwards and then I push her to the ground, she kicks my knee and i fell on the ground too, I tried to get up but Samantha pushes my head back down and she whispers in my ear" I say and I clench my fists by the thought of what she said, "What did she say?" Daniel asks and he looks worried, "She told me that she knew about Corbs and that she hoped he was gonna die" I say and i I look up to Daniel, "Then i snapped and i have no idea what the hell happened next, I know i kept fighting and kicking but i don't know it exactly" I say and Daniel shakes his head. "That bitch" he says with clenched teeth, "But can you tell me what exactly happened?" I ask and Daniel nods, "Well she pushed your head to the ground and she said something, it was like you suddenly got a lot of new energy, you hit her jaw which caused Samantha to fall, you also hit her nose and i think you broke it so good job. Oh and she started pulling your hair but i was already there, so i grabbed you and i pulled you away from Samantha, it was pretty hard tho cause you were kicking and swinging your arms around but i was stronger" he says and he takes a pause, "Omg that was you?! Did i hurt you?" I ask and i am shocked, I thought it was someone else! If i knew it was Daniel i probably would've stopped, "I'm fine, just a few bruises here and there but it's nothing. You look worse" he says and i let out a weak smile, "What happened to my head?" I ask while i feel the bandage again, "Well when i was pulling you away, Samantha got up and she swung her hand against your head and then you fainted" he says and i flinch because of the pain when i touch the wound. "You okey? You look a little pale" Daniel says and i just shrug my shoulders, "Is Samantha looking worse than me?" I ask and Daniel smiles, "Oh yeah, she has a huge bruise on her jaw plus she has a broken nose" he says and I give him a weak smile. "I am an animal, just like the principal said" I say and Daniel's smile disappeared. "Don't say that! You are not an animal! You were just defending yourself and finally taking out that anger on her" Daniel says, "But still, I bet my parents need to come and i get expelled or something" I say and I look at my hands, "Well the expelled thing is fixed, but you do need to stay home for a week so you can recover" Daniel says and I just nod, "Oh and about the parents thing, I think i can fix that too" he says and he gets up from his chair, "I can fix it by myself, I made this mess, I'm gonna fix it" I say and Daniel shakes his head. "You need to learn to take help Elle, I like you a lot, so i'm gonna do whatever i can to help. You can push me away as many times as you want, but i'll keep coming back" he says and i'm shocked. Did he just tell me that he liked me? Like as more than a friend? I try to answer but he puts his finger in front of his lips, "You don't need to say anything right now okey? You have a concussion so you're not thinking straight, I also don't need to hear that you like me back or something cause i know you don't but i do not care about that. I'm just gonna keep fighting" he says and he walk to the sink and he fills a glass with water, "Here drink up" he says while he hands me the glass. My thoughts are going everywhere, I can't really think straight right now. Daniel just confessed his feelings for me, I should do something right? "Daniel?"
