We just drive in silence, I'm not really in the mood to talk cause well Corbs has his first chemo tomorrow. "Soo do you live alone?" Daniel asks and i look up from the window, I look at his face. "That's non of your business" I say with a sharp tone, Daniel noticed the tone and he shakes his head. "Why are you so offensive all the time?" I just shrug my shoulders, "Why do you care" I say I leave the sharp tone out of it this time. "Just curious, plus a lot of roads are closed so it's gonna take a while" I sigh, "Of course why would it ever be easy for me" I say under my breath. "Hm?" Daniel asks, I don't answer and i look out of the window again. "So uh why do you work at that restaurant?" he asks and i look at him, "why all those questions?" I ask again, "Just want to get to know you" he says and i laugh. "Hah yeah right, you and your friends aren't exactly nice to me". "I know sorry, you know what if i ask you a question and you answer it truthfully you can ask me a question and i'll do the same." he says and i think. It's not a bad idea, "okey deal" I say and i rub my hands against each other so i can get some warmth in my body. "You cold?" Daniel asks, I just shrug my shoulders "what do you think? I am soaked" Daniel laughs, "You're pretty funny do you know that?" he says and i just shrug my shoulders. "I can be funny" I say and he shakes his head, "Let's start with the game, so why do you work at that restaurant?" he asks and i look at him. "Well how do you think i get money otherwise" I say and he shrugs his shoulders. "Well idk your parents give it to you", my parents.... "Well no they don't" I say and Daniel nods. "My turn, you are nice to me now but with your friends your an asshole, why?" I ask and i look at Daniel's jaw line. I can see that he clenches his teeth. "Uh well idk, you seemed nice i guess" he says and i just nod. "I seemed nice, hmm" I say and i look out of the window again. "that doesn't sound very truthful to me" I say and a smirk appears on my face. I'm getting him back with his own rules. "Okey okey, I don't know why okey? At that moment i don't care but after that i do, and then i feel sorry" he says and i can see that the grip on his steer tightens. "Okey" I say and i look at the time, damn it's 1am now. I need to be at work at 7 tomorrow. Guess i'm not sleeping that much tonight. "Okey my turn, do you live alone?" he asks and i look at him, "Why do you care?" I ask, "Just curious and answer the question". "No i don't" I say, "To which high school do you go?" I ask and i honestly wonder which one he goes to. I am praying right now that he doesn't go to mine. "Oh i'm going to National High School Berken" he says and i groan. "what?" he asks and he looks at me, "nothing" I say. Damn why is my live a living hell? Like seriously what did i do wrong?? I had a shitty past so i hoped it would go better from now on. The rest of the ride is silent, when we finally arrive at my apartment building I reach to the door. "well thanks for the forced ride" I say and a smile appears on his face. "Your welcome! I hope you'll get in safe" he says and i just shake my head. I slam the door behind me and I start walking to the door which leads to the stairs when i hear some sounds coming from the little alley next to it, I also hear a door opening and closing. I turn around and i see that Daniel approaches me. I sigh, gosh what does that boy want? I reach to grab my back pack to grab my keys. Huh i can't feel it?! I feel again but there's nothing there. Oh shit i forgot it in his car. I look how Daniel approaches me with my arms crossed.
