As Kevin told us where the weakest point of the warding, where many ghosts are assaulting it, visible only as red flashes. You, Dean, Rowena, Belphegor, Sam, and Castiel all arrive at the point.
"So... not good." Belphegor wandered his eyes around.
"You can see 'em. How many of 'em are there?" You asked Belphegor.
"100 at least. More keep coming." Belphegor glanced up at the sky.
You all suddenly hear that there's a rustling in the nearby bushes. Sam and Dean raise their guns, but it's Ketch.
"Easy. It's just me." He raised his hands.
Dean starts randomly firing salt rounds at the ghosts.
"Yeah, that's not gonna work. There... There's too many of them." Belphegor sighed at Dean.
Rowena turned to Dean, "How 'bout it?" She walks forward with the soul catcher in her hand.
"Capare!" Rowena yelled as souls begin to flow into the stone.
"It's working." Belphegor screeched.
"Capare!" Suddenly out of the blue, Ketch strikes Rowena, and picks up the stone.
"Ketch?" Dean questioned the action.
Ketch turns around, ectoplasm streaming from his eyes.
"Son of a bitch." Dean grunted.
You tried to shoot Ketch/Tumblety, but it runs out of salt rounds.
Oh, Y/N. Did you run out? Wouldn't matter anyway." He mocked you, nose flaring "And thank you. Thank you so very much." He sarcastically smiled at Rowena who was on the floor.
"Francis..."
"The thing about souls is... they're almost pure power, so even with the few trapped inside your little gizmo here, I am in possession of a massively powerful weapon, one which I will happily use to blow open that warding." Tumblety/Ketch grinned.
You shoot Ketch/Tumblety in the shoulder with iron bullets, catches the soul catcher as Ketch falls, you passed it to Rowena.
"Capare! Capare!" The remaining ghosts are captured, having Rowena turn to everyone, holding the stone.
**
"I tried to heal him, but it didn't work. I don't know why." Castiels voice was disappointed but Sam comforted him."You're probably just tired, Cas. We all are." You over heard Sam as you walked over to Ketch.
"They're gonna get you fixed up. Sorry about the whole iron bullets. There just didn't seem to be another way." You chuckled nervously.
"Oh, admit it. You've killed me once. You've been itching to do it again." Ketch slightly smiled.
"Well, there's that." You patted his leg, "Take care, man." The ambulance drives away with Ketch inside.
"Hey." Dean snuck up on you, having you jump a little.
"Sorry." You apologized.
"Kevin said he wants to leave." Dean informed.
"Leave? No. No, no, no. We... We gotta get you into Heaven." You turned all jittery, seeing Kevin standing there, hopeless.
"How? Belphegor says... I've been in Hell. Heaven can't let me in." Kevin informed.
You sighed out heavily, wiping away the sweat on your forehead.
"Kevin, being a ghost with nothing to hold you... anywhere... that would be a terrible way to exist." Sam warned.
"That's true." Dean added.
"Look, I got two options... Hell or Earth. In one, I get tortured for eternity. In the other, I might go crazy. Guess I'll take door number two. I won't go back to Hell. Maybe... I know Belphegor can't power up the warding... but maybe he can make just a bit of it dip? You know, for a minute. E-Enough to let me out." Kevin stuttered, glancing up at you.
"I'm sorry, Kevin. I wish there was some way to make this right." You mumbled, sighing.
"Me, too, but there isn't. And sometimes, you just gotta accept that. Besides, I'm better off than I was and... I mean, there's a whole world out there." Kevin turned to the other side of the street.
"Would you come on, already?" Belphegor annoyingly was losing his patience. You turned your head angrily at Belphegor, having Kevin making you let it go.
"Take care, Kev." Dean pats him on the back, tugging in for a hug.
"I love you guys." Kevin nods in seriousness.
Belphegor opens a hole in the warding, and Kevin waves goodbye and disappears.
"I feel like shit." You closed your eyes, holding your tears.
"Kevin has a good heart, he'll be okay." Dean reminded you, tugging you into his embrace. As you were side hugging Dean, you saw Rowena and Cas watch as more souls escape the rift.
"What's going on?" You asked, looking down.
"They just keep coming. Soon, they're gonna overrun us. Again. Once my spell comes crashing down..."
Rowena speaks over Belphegor, "My little toy isn't strong enough to handle all this. We have to find another way. Before it's too late." Rowenas voice turns to worry.
"Alright, then that's what we'll do."
"How?"
