"Wake up! hey! Wake up! boba!"
"No...no" my head moved side to side on the seat as I talked in my sleep, feeling some light taps on my shoulder and a guy voices trying to wake me up "hey, wake up" he kept trying to wake me up till I did, but in a jumpy way "gah!" I felt sweat droplets form on my fore head as my breathing was fast and heavy. "Hey, K.R right? Take it easy" the male used both his hands, placed them over my shoulder and gently pulled me to sit straight on the seat. "Want some water?" He offered, I quickly nod trying to calm my breathing down, he let go and walked away, almost jogging over to where he keeps food and beverages in his ship. When he came back with the water, I realized that I had to take off my helmet to drink water, I grabbed the water from him "I-I need to-" "I know, i'll leave you alone till you put your helmet again" he had his usual calmed and relaxed tone.
As I opened the water bottle, the bounty hunter kept his word and left till I was done, I was really relieved he did because it was probably going to be super dangerous if he knew my identity. I looked behind me to make sure he is gone before I took off my helmet, my hair being on a braid and pinned at the top of my head so it doesn't flow down whenever I wear the helmet, my bangs were stuck to my forehead from the sweat but that doesn't bother since im used to it. My hand unscrewed the bottle cap and held it while I used my other hand to bring the bottle to my lips to start to drink some water, the water was a bit cold, mostly room temperature but I didn't mind it all, I appreciate to at least have water right now, it really helped to calm down a bit.
I inhaled deep and exhaled deeply, feeling my heart beat slow down to a normal beat "thank god that's over with" I screwed the bottle again, hearing the voice of the bounty hunter behind me "over with what?" His voice caught me by surprised, dropping my water bottle to the floor, crouch down to the floor to picking up my helmet and instantly slipping it on my head "oh, n-nothing uhh, Im just glad to have been able to calm down, t-thanks for the water" I let out a nervous laugh as I turn on my seat only to see the bounty hunter staring at me, still like a statue. "Are you okay?" Tilted my head slightly as I waved my hand in front of him, catching his attention. "Uh- yeah, yeah Im fine" He fixed his wrist armor and walked over, and sat on his seat.
There was this long silence once again, the only thing that we could hear, was the beeping sound of the scanner. I glanced at the tracking scanner noticing something approaching us from behind "um, there's something behind us" I pointed, the bounty hunter moved his head to look at the scanner and reacted "dank farrik!" "What? What is it?" I asked trying to get close but the feeling of something stinging me on my hand between the thumb and index finger, stopped me from doing so "ow!" I shook my hand while the male turned of the ship, letting it flow with the meteors, blending in. Both watching as the ship slowed down for a bit, then flew past us and jumped to hyperspace.
"Kirffing jedis" The bounty hunter said, I continued to shake my hand in the air feeling the sting get worse "ow ow ow!" I scrunch my brows and closed my eyes trying to bear the pain but couldn't, my hand was then grabbed by the hunter "what's wrong now?" He asked "I feel something sting my hand in between my thumb and index finger" I whined, letting the hunter take off my leather glove off and examine my hand "where? Here?" He pressed on the area with his thumb, getting a reaction out of me "ow! Hey!!" I wanted to pull my hand away but his strong grip didn't let me. He then got up pulling my hand with him, almost dragging me "can you be a little more gentle please?"
The hunter stopped in front of a white counter and set my hand down onto it, holding it in case I moved away as he grabbed a first aid kit using his free hand. "What are you going to do?" My eyes watched as his hand pulled out a sharp scalpel "WHAT THE?" I shout, snatching my hand away from him. "Give me back your hand" he extends his hand, expecting me to give my hand again "for what? What are you going to do with that scalpel?" I hid my hand behind my back as I wait for an answer. "There is something inside your hand and if its causing you pain, then we need to take it out" that was a good reason for me to give my hand to him again, letting him set it back down to the counter.
"Wait, something inside? Like what?" I was confused at the fact that something was inside my hand 'what could it be? How long has it been inside for? And why?' I made a bunch of questions in my head while the male set tissues down and my hand above it for the blood and with no warning, he start to make a small cut with the scalpel. "AHHH! YOU SON OF A BANTHA!" I punched the bounty hunter on his shoulder and gasped but shout at the same time from the pain "i'm SORRY!" I yelled the sorry part, a small chuckle came out of him as he switched from the scalpel to the tweezers and slowly pulled out the thin object out, and set it on the tissues next to my hand.
The male wiped the blood away from the object and got a better view of it using some light from the counter. "You were chipped?" He grabbed the chip, turn his head to look at me with the object in his gloved hand, I used clean tissues to stop the blood from coming out of the cut and listened to what the hunter said, leaving me stunned and speechless at the same time "chipped? I had a chip in my hand? I was chipped this entire time?"
