Minutes passed since Jango and the jedi talked back at Jango's home, there was still no sign of the jedi which was good because we were still loading our stuff into jango's slave I. I was in my thoughts as I hand boba some light crates so he could place neatly somewhere in the ship, but I soon snap out and glance towards Jango who was picking up the heavier crates, I make my way towards him. "Um, excuse me, Mr. Fett?" I spoke innocently as Jango would tilt his head away from the creates to look over at me. "Yes Kira?" He walks carefully so he wont trip on anything, I followed next to him. "What happened back there? What did that jedi want? You looked rather mad" I seemed a bit nosy but the truth is that I was curious and a bit worried.
Jango carefully made his way up the ship's hatch and inside to set the crates down on a corner before exiting again to where I was. "It was nothing to worry about Kira, just grown up stuff" he calmly responds "yeah but, still doesnt make up the fact that you were-" I was suddenly cut off by boba's yell "DAD! LOOK!" Jango immediately turns around "BOBA! KIRA! GET ON BOARD!" He ordered. I stared at the jedi before I turned and ran inside the ship and to the ship's cockpit "what are you doing?" I asked boba who was pressing some buttons making the ship move. "Im going to try and help dad" he focused on what he was doing before he adds "hang on"
I take a seat on right side and watch as boba would then make the laser canon aim at the jedi before shooting. I was beginning to feel the need to help jango as well, so I jump out of my seat and ran to one of the creates, soon taking out a lightsaber my dad gave me when I was training with him. "I'll be right back!" I shout before jumping off the ship, not giving boba a chance to stop me. I quickly ran to where the jedi and bounty hinter where fighting before hearing an explosion probably cause by jango's jetpack missile, I look down at my saber and light it up showing the red color. "Mr. fett? Where are you?" I shout as the rain poured down on me, leaving my clothes drenched, but I didn't care, It's not going to stop me from helping boba's father.
I walked around with my saber on before sensing something behind me, I turned around holding my saber tight, aiming with it at whatever was standing behind me, I looked at the person standing in front of me and saw the jedi, I frown my brows. "You're not Jango, where is he? What did you do to him?!" I almost yelled at the jedi "oh Kira, what has he turned you to?" He had a disappointed look on his face as he attempted to walk closer to me by I used my saber as shield "don't get closer, or else" I growled a bit. "Seriously? Anakin raised you like this?" He raised a brow while crossing his arms. I frown my brows a bit 'wait...how does he know my dad's name?'
I look at the jedi and spoke "how do you know my father?" I kept the saber pointed towards him. "Kira, you can put the saber down, You can trust me" he dodged my question only to make me a bit mad "trust you? How can I trust a jedi? My dad told me all about you people" I spat. "Oh really? What kinds of things?" He kept his brow raised and arms crossed "he told me that a jedi is the reason of why he needs to wear an oxygen mask and robotic legs" I looked down, feeling bad for my father but since I don't want to look weak in front of the jedi, I pushed them away and add "and that the jedi's name is Obi-wan kenobi" rage slowly started to build up when I said the jedi's name.
The jedi looked a bit worried and shocked at what I said but I snapped him out of his thoughts by suddenly swinging my saber at him, He reacted rather quick by grabbing and activating his saber, it was blue. "Anakin may have told you that, but has he told you why and who did it?" The jedi asks as he walks around me in a circle. "He told me the the jedi did it because he wasn't chosen for something, and he did told me who did it" I turn my head to look at the jedi. "Hm, and who was that?" "Obi-wan Kenobi" venom dripped out of my mouth, leaving the jedi a bit shocked. "Know him?" I asked in a rather rough tone, but as he could give me any answers, Jango appears from behind aiming with his blasted at the jedi "Kira? What are you doing here? I thought I told you to get on board with boba" the bounty hunter voice was serious. "I-I just wanted to help Mr. Fett" I looked down slowly letting go of the anger I was holding and then deactivating my saber. "I'm sorry" I apologized before making my way towards the bounty hunter.
"Aw c'mon, don't be mad at her Jango, we were just having a chat about her father, weren't we Kira?" The jedi ask but I just looked away. "Shut up" I said as I then hear the jedi speak again "you want to know who did that to you father? Who obi-wan is?" I clenched my left fist tight while my right hand was holding tightly onto the lightsaber. "Kira, get on board" Jango said, still aimin at the jedi but the jedi spoke again "it was..." I tighten my fists tighter as they began to tremble out of anger. "Kira, that's an order" Jango stated.
"Me...I'm obi-wan keno-" I cut the jedi off by aiming at him with my saber at his face, I scrunched up my nose revealing my teeths, my eyes filled with rage towards the jedi in front of me. Obi-wan was about to take his saber out but Jango quickly grabbed a hold of it. "That's enough Kira, go on board now" Jango ordered again, I didn't want to anger the bounty hunter anymore, so I deactivate my lightsaber and started to walk towards the slave I but as I passed the jedi, I spoke in a menacing tone "this isn't over"
Once I was at the hatch making my way up inside, I could hear the bounty hunger shout from behind me "Kira!" I froze in position for a few seconds before turning around seeing Jango closing up the hatch door and then taking off his helmet, his expressions were anger which made me a bit scared. "Y-yes Mr. fe-" "you completely disobeyed me, I told you to stay with boba inside the ship but you decided to walk out when you perfectly knew it was too dangerous, You could've gotten hurt by my missile or even worse, killed!" He raised his tone making me close my eyes and lower my head in defeat. "I'm sorry Mr fett" I apologized once again as tears soon start to form in my eyes "I didn't mean to" I kept my eyes closed and head lowered, soon hearing the bounty hunter walk away, leaving me alone near the hatch of the ship, I felt anger towards myself, sadness for making boba's father angry and disobedient for not listening to what jango ordered us to do.
"Kira?" I then hear boba calling for me, I quickly wiped my tears away before turning around to face him, it wasn't much help since I knew that my eyes were a bit red from crying, but I still decided to look at him as he just motioned his head to go to where he was "c'mon, we are about to take off" he smiled a bit before heading back to the control panel. I slowly nod and followed behind.
