Chapter 9- Darth Vader

Its been 4 minutes ever since we jumped into hyperspace, trying to find the one and only, Darth vader. I was sitting near Bossk, looking around the ship, not daring to look whats in front of us cause I got a bit dizzy with the blue light. Thinking about certain things that happened so suddenly in my life and at the same time, planning what can I do to forget or grow from them. As I did, I got up from my seat and grabbed some of my clothes from a crate and walked to a room in the ship and changed from the prison uniform to a black tank top and baggy pants, I also added a blaster holster belt and grabbed a blaster just in case, once done, I returned to the seat.

I could hear bossk pressing some buttons when the ship comes out of hyperspace and to the galaxy, that stop almost made me fall of my seat cause I wasn't wearing the belt to secure me in place, so I had to react quickly to hold myself. "Here we are" Bossk said. I saw what it looked like a planet, but what it really was, is the death star, something that Kira used to tell me about. It was something that her father has been planning to build for a while, now its finished. I could almost wonder how it works and what it does.

Bossk stirred the ship inside the death star where the other ships were and landed. He unbuckles his belt and gets up to make his way to the hatch. I quickly got up and followed him behind and by the time the hatch was opening, I look behind me where I put the small crate with Kira's saber 'should I...give it to vader? Or stay with it?' It was the only thing I had from her, so it was so hard for me to choose whether to give it bad to her father or keep it 'maybe I should...keep it' I decided, I walk down the hatch when the first thing we see outside were a small group of...clones? the clones holding their blasters, some were aiming at us ready to blast us.

I was worried that they might blast us cause I thought these clones were the same like from the rebellion, but their armor was different, more imperial looking. I walk passed Bossk to the troopers and held my hands in front of me, indicating not to blast. "My name is Boba fett and this is Bossk, Its okay, Darth vader knows who I am" I inform. The troopers looked at each other before lowering their blasters until one spoke through his device "Lord vader, we have two individuals who just arrived the base" the trooper informs vader "who are they?" Vaders voice came through with a robotic voice coming from his mask. "Its a kid named Boba fett and Bossk"

"Boba fett?" Vader asks "yes sir" the trooper confirms "bring them to me" with that, the trooper tells the rest of his team to take me and bossk to Vader. As we walked our way to were Vader was, I couldn't help but to look around the Death Star, it was huge and equipped with armor, weapons, ships, everything you need was right here 'woah' I awed in my mind as I placed my hands inside my pockets and saw a group of six troopers marching down a hall "this place would be fun to work in don't ya think?" Bossk whispered, I looked at him and nod "sure would be" I whispered back and looked in front of us, thats when I saw a stair case we had to walk up.

As we walk up the stairs, I could start to hear Vader breathing though his mask, sending shivers down my spine, thinking on different ways that he might react, 'please don't kill me...' I thought to myself My heart suddenly started to pound hard and fast from being nervous as we get closer and closer until I we stopped walking and stood facing Vader's back. "Lord Vader, we have brought the kid named boba fett and his company Bossk" the trooper informed, I gulped down some of my nerves as I watched Vader, one of the most powerful sith lords in the whole galaxy turning around, noticing my presence. "Boba fett, have you grown" he spoke in a calm tone "a-ah! Yeah haha" I laughed nervously, scratching the back of my head, feeling his glance on me.

"I-I see you have finished the death star, it looks great!" I complimented as I looked around, trying to keep him in his calm side before I could bring up...the news. Vader makes a sound as a 'yes' confirming me that he did in fact managed to finish the death star, I looked at vader with the corner of my eyes, noticing that he was looking around for something 'oh no, he must've noticed Kira's absence, great, I'm gonna get killed!' "Boba fett" he called "y-yes lord vader?" I turn my head to fully look at him "where's your father? And my daughter Kira?" His voice sounded with slight worry at first but then changed to a bit of a deep/scary one at the end.

"Well, my father..." I lower my head to look down as flashbacks of my father's murder played over and over my mind "he...got..." I sighed, closing my eyes trying to stay strong and hold my tears "My father was murdered by a jedi called Mace windu..." I finally got it out, I couldn't see how vader took that news, I was keeping my head lowered all time, but I did hear footsteps approach me, that's when a hand was being placed on my shoulder. I looked at the hand that was protected with a black leather glove and look up only to see vader looking down at me before he crouched down in front of me.

"I'm very sorry Boba fett, I'm so sorry to hear that" he patted my shoulder and got up "that man was a true friend and honorable man, a true bounty hunter" he said rather gently through the helmet, I nod slowly, remembering my father and how he used to work as a fearless bounty hunter, He was my idol and I wanted to show him that I can be like him, show him that the lessons he showed me were all worth it. "Where's Kira?" Vader's question caught me off guard, snapping me out of my thoughts. "K-Kira?" Vader nods, I glanced at Bossk who waved both off his hands in a 'don't look at me, I ain't telling him' way, I scoff as I frown my brows, almost glaring at the Trandoshan standing next to me.

"Boba fett?" Vader called, I sighed letting out a curse in mandalorian language, Clenching my fist a bit tightly till my hands start to shake 'c'mon boba, speak!' I told myself, I opened my mouth to speak, ready to tell vader the truth but a voice next to me was faster than I was. "She's gone..." I look to my right to see Bossk have a defeated expresión as he looked straight at Lord Vader. Vader didn't move or spoke, there was a deep silence filling the room we were in, I knew Vader was getting pissed off even if he had that mask/helmet on. "What did you just say?" Vader's voice spoke blankly, he still didn't move.

"Kira's dead...lord vade-" The Trandoshan was suddenly cut off by vader force choking him, Boosk gagged and gasped for air as Vader brought Bossk closer to him "what do you mean she's dead?! What did you do to her?!?" Vader thought Bossk was responsible for her death, but he wasn't, I knew I had to try and stop vader before its too late. "Darth Vader wait!" I shout, catching Vader's and some of the trooper's attention, taking a deep breath to calm some of my nerves down, I spoke "Bossk and I aren't responsible for what happened to her" I start. "It was those kriffing jedis!" I was getting slightly pissed. I watched as Vader looked at Bossk before letting him go and look back at me.

"Explain, now!"
