'Rohit! No!'

Sonakshi was startled and stunned at his reaction.

'Sona!'
He was crying, his face buried into her shoulder.

Sonakshi stroked his back, holding him close.

'Aise to mat karo! Mera saath kon dega?'

He moved back to look at her, tears rolling down his face.

'Kis mun se saath dun mein tumhara?'

'Nahin! Aisa to mat bolo..'
Sonakshi reached up and wiped his tears with her fingers.
'Tumhare bina to kuch bhi mainay nahin rakhta na, Rohit!'

'Kuch to umeed thi na, jab woh hi nahin hai, to..'

'Stop saying that!'

'To kya bolun? Ke see, I was right! I am literally an incomplete man..'

Sonakshi moved away from him. He stood there for a minute, then followed her to the sofa.

'Sona, I'm sorry! Acha..nahin bolunga! Tum se baat kiye bina, tumhare saath ke bina to mein kuch kar hi nahin sakta!'

Sonakshi looked at him, and nodded. She took his hand and made him sit down.

'Rohit! We knew when we started this, ke outcome kuch bhi ho sakta hai. We can't just back down because of a technicality.'

'Oh! Me not being able to impregnate you, is a technicality?'
He looked confounded.

She leaned over and hugged him, tightly.
