'Hey Jiju! Aap yahan? Bahar kyun kharay hain?'

Pulkit tapped him from behind and Rohit jerked.

What was going on?

'Jiju! Andar chalen?'

'Woh..woh koi andar hai..'

'Acha?'

Pulkit knocked and opened the door as Mr. Gupta was coming out of the room.

'Mr. Gupta, how are you?'

'Hello Dr. Pulkit, fine sir.'

They all shook hands and he left.

Sonakshi saw Pulkit coming and smiled. At first, she didn't even see Rohit.

'All good Di?'

'Yeah yeah..'

'Jiju..' he called.

Rohit was here!

'Yeah..'

Rohit entered the room and her pulse quickened.

He had a bouquet of flowers in one hand. She smiled.

'Mere liye?'

He came forward and gave them to her.

'Roses..mere absolute favourite! Tumhe kaise pata?'

Abhi pata chal raha hai..ke bohot kuch hai jo mein tumhare baare mein nahin jaanta..

He smiled, but it didn't quite reach his eyes.

Sonakshi looked at him closely but he turned back to talk to Pulkit.

Kya chal raha hai iss ke dimaagh mein?

'Pulki? Tujhe round pe nahin jaana tha..you know patients wait karte hain..' she gestured for him to go.

Pulkit understood immediately.

'Han han, mein bas ja hi raha tha..or Pari aaj rukay gi...okay, bye Jiju, bye Di..'

He left quickly, finally leaving Sonakshi alone with Rohit.

Rohit stood at the foot of her bed, looking a bit confused.

'Rohit, are you alright?'

'Hunh? Mujhe kya hua?'

'Itne khoye khoye kyun ho? Meri..'

There was a knock on the door and it opened to reveal Pari.

Sonakshi rolled her eyes.

Isse bhi abhi aana tha?

'Di..hey Jiju! Oops! Maine koi romantic moment to nahin disturb kar diya?'

Rohit immediately brought a smile to his face.

'Hey smarty! Tum agayin to bahaar hi agayi..'

'Oh Jiju..aap bhi na..' she blushed.

'Di, ghar se khana laayi hun, dun?'

'Nahin woh..'

'Han, han!' Rohit spoke quickly. 'Tum apni Di ko khana khilao, waise bhi I was just leaving.'

'You were?' Both sisters spoke together.

'Han, woh pooray din shoot pe tha..so, I'll just go.'

Sonakshi looked disappointed but didn't say anything.

Kuch to hai..

'Aray Rohit! Subah aana na to mere kapray le aana..ghar jaana hai na..'

He nodded.
