Shan looked stunned.
Sonakshi stood there, chest heaving.
'How dare you? You think I'm some plaything? Jab chaha jo kar liya. You taught me a lesson long ago Shan Ahuja. One that I shall never ever forget.'
'You..' he moved towards her menacingly.
'Don't even try it! Mein woh kamzor larki nahin hun jisse tum jaante thay. I know how to handle people like you now..'
'Yeh tum ne acha nahin kiya Sonakshi..' he glared at her.
'Acha to tumne bhi nahin kiya tha mere saath. My reputation was in shards because of you. I can never forget that. Or marr ke bhi tumhare paas wapas aane ka nahin soch sakti..get that in your thick head.'
Sonakshi moved away and left the hall, leaving him staring after her.

Rohit tried moving his chair with his body for the fifth time.

Sonakshi ducked behind a car as Shan came out of the hotel and waited for the valet to get his car.
He turned to look this way, then that way.
Sonakshi didn't have a car with her, but she needed to follow him.
As Shaan sat in his car and drove away, Sonakshi hailed a cab that was just depositing a passenger.
'Please follow that silver car..'
Sonakshi kept an eye on his car, praying against all hope, that Shan was headed to where Rohit was.
She had left the restaurant in a huff, but had realised her mistake as soon as she came outside.
She was no closer to knowing where he had kept Rohit.
Itne bare sheher mein usse dhoondungi kaise..

Shan crossed most of the city.
Just when Sonakshi thought that he might be headed to his home, he turned towards the city centre.
'Woh wali car..han, ussi ko follow karna hai..'
Sonakshi kept up her silent prayers.
She was astonished, when she saw Shan's car turn towards her hospital.
What the? Yeh kahan ja raha hai..kuch or mere room mein rakhne?
He's gone mad.
And I hit him. Ab to pata nahin kitna ghussa..
His car stopped outside the parking area.
He got off the car and crossed to enter the main entrance.
Sonakshi quickly paid the cab driver and ran across the road.
She tried to hide herself, knowing everyone would recognise her and ask questions.
She looked down at her state of dress.
