Something woke up Sonakshi.
She looked about, disoriented. But then the sound came again.

Yes, that was definitely someone crooning.

Sonakshi turned to see Rohit missing from the bed.
Suddenly remembering the events from the day before, Sonakshi jumped up from the bed.
She heard the crooning again from the terrace. She hurried over, in time to see Rohit walking and singing to the baby, holding it in his arms.

The sight was too beautiful for her to want to disturb it, but she must have made a sound, because Rohit looked her way, and gestured.

Sonakshi walked up to see the baby asleep peacefully.

'Just slept..' he whispered.

Sonakshi smiled at him, and looked down at the baby, wonderment in her eyes.

Rohit moved back inside, and placed the baby in the cot, covering him with a sheet.
They both stood there, looking at their son. Words had fallen short for what they were feeling.
Sonakshi squeezed his hand, as they finally moved away, to the bed.

As they lay back on the bed, Rohit wrapped his arms around Sonakshi.

'Tum kyun uth gayin? Maine usse rotay hue sun liya tha, to usse bottle de di thi.'

Sonakshi gave him a look.

'What? Burp bhi kara diya tha! Kal maine dekh liya tha how you were making the formula, or us ke baad..to bas..note kar liya tha..'

'Nice! But mein uth jaati..woh to bas kal thora tiring hogaya tha with all the excitement..'

'Sona..it's okay..ab dono ka baby hai, to we can share the responsibility.'

'Rohit..thankyou!'
Sonakshi hugged him.

'Aray, mujhe koi masla nahin hua, sachi..'

'Not that! Yeh sab jo hua..pehle adoption ke liye agree karna, phir yeh process..phir finally hamara baby, hamare paas..or kal se to lag raha hai khwaab dekh rahi hun..'

Rohit smiled, touching his cheek to hers.

'Khwaab nahin raha..'

'Phir bhi, pinch me..'
Sonakshi told him.

'What? Are you mad?'
He raised his head and looked down at her.

'Come on..choti si pinch se kya hota hai..'
She took his hand and brought it to hers.

'No ways! Mein aisa kuch nahin kar raha..'

And she proceeded to pinch his butt.

As he tugged her closer.

'I can't hear you..' he whispered near her ear.

'I can hear..Arihaan..' they both listened, as they heard him wake up again.

'Hmm..I see what you mean..'
