Rohit came around to sit on the other chair.

'Bethne ko bola kya maine?'

He stopped.

'Woh tum..'

'Mein kya? Maine kaha na..saza to milegi..mein tum se baat nahin kar rahi hun..please go back inside..'

'Par Sona..it's a bit chilly outside..andar chali chalo..'

The sound of the waves as they crashed on the beach could be heard from here.

'Halki si thand hai..marr nahin jaungi..'

He stiffened.

'Ab aisa sab to mat bolo..marne marane ki baaten kyun kar rahi ho?'

Sonakshi curled more into the chair.

'Please Rohit! Jao..so jao..I'm fine here..ajaungi thori der mein khud.'

He stood there, looking at her. Even in the dim lights of the hotel, he could see the turmoil on her face.

She knew he was watching her. But she just couldn't deal with him right now.

Rohit went back in.

Yeh sab meri wajah se hai. Maine khud apne pairon pe kulhaari maar li hai..kaise manaunga..

He went and laid back down on the sofa.

Rohit stretched and almost fell.
He opened his eyes and remembered that he had fallen asleep on the sofa.

He then remembered the reason he had been sleeping there.

Sonakshi.

He sat up and cursed, as pain shot in his neck.

Damn the sofa!

Holding his neck, he twisted it one way and then the other, trying to get the cricks out.

He looked at the bed, but it was empty.

Bahar hi sogayi na..

He got up and opened the curtain to see.

The chair was empty.

He turned back inside and went to the bathroom door.

'Sona? Sona, you here?'

There was no reply and he opened the door to find it empty.

Ab yeh kya aankh macholi khel rahi ho?

He quickly freshened up and came out dressed, to go in search of her.

He went downstairs.

Maybe she has gone for a walk on the beach.

He went out, but didn't see her anywhere, even though several couples were already at the beach.

He went to the dining area and searched.

He was about to leave, when he saw her sitting at a table, alone.

Sonakshi had had two cups of coffee already.

She had hardly slept last night, and whatever little she had, had been restless.

Mein pehle bhi to har masla khud resolve kar leti thi..ab mujhe har waqt Rohit ko zaroorat kyun mehsoos ho rahi hai?
I miss talking to him. Lekin, I don't want him to think I've forgiven him for his stunt yesterday..
