Chapter 128

Rohit and Sonakshi were both stunned.

Pari had just kissed Ajit's hand, and now he was squeezing hers. They were so lost in each other, that only a fool could doubt what was going on between them.

Sonakshi looked at Rohit. He made to go towards them, but Sonakshi pulled his hand.

'Kya? Rok kyun rahi ho? Baat karni hai mujhe..yeh sab kya chal raha hai?'

'But, Rohit! In dono ne humain to kuch nahin bataya hai..to aise intrude..'

'Ofcourse, we can intrude! Mera bhai wahan tumhari behen ke saath beth ke lovey dovey ho raha hai or tumhe koi faraq nahin parra?'

'Lekin..'

'No! I want to know..'

And he pulled her along as they reached their table.
Sensing someone standing there, they both looked up and were shocked.

Ajit immediately let go of Pari's hand and they both stood up, looking as guilty as if they had been caught in college by the principal.

'Bhai!'

'Di!'

Rohit crossed his arms across his chest and glared at them.

'Woh Bhai..mein..woh hum..'

'Di! Woh mein..woh hum..woh Pooja ke liye pareshan thay to baat..'

Sonakshi lifted an eyebrow.
Pari shut up. Rohit was still glaring at Ajit.

'Woh Bhai..we are friends..woh P-Pooji ke baare mein b-baat kar rahe thay..'
Sonakshi had never seen Ajit stammer or be so nervous around Rohit.

'Pari! Yeh sab kya hai? Kab se 'friends' hain aap dono? Mujhe to pata bhi nahin tha ke tum log aapas mein baat bhi karte ho..'

'Woh, Di..we have been friends..kafi time se..woh..bas..'

Sonakshi looked at Ajit, who was shooting glances at Pari.

'Ajit! Tum batao kya hai yeh sab?'

He quickly looked up, then lowered his eyes.

'Ajit! Bhabi kuch pooch rahi hain na..batao..' Rohit said sternly.

'I'm sorry, Bhabi! Woh mein..woh yeh..'

'Ajit!' Rohit said again.

'Woh hum dono ek doosre ko pasand karte hain!' He said very quickly.

'Or kab se chal raha hai yeh sab?'

'Six months se..'

Sonakshi looked at Rohit and he looked at her. They were both stunned.

'Bohot hi chupay rustum niklay aap dono..chalo Pari, mein tumhe ghar chorr dun..'
Rohit looked at her.

Sonakshi looked at Rohit.

'Kya bol rahe ho?' She whispered to him.

Rohit kept looking at Pari, who now was looking at her feet.

'Ji Jiju..'

Ajit looked at her then at Sonakshi, pleading with his eyes.
Sonakshi could only look on, as Rohit grabbed Pari's hand and led her out of the cafè.

Ajit stared at them. Sonakshi began to follow Rohit, but then turned.

'Ghar jao, Ajit! Wahan baat karte hain..'

He nodded and she left.

There was complete silence in the car, as Rohit drove to Rastogi House.
