I woke up the next day with Vinnie still on me.

Me: Bubs, wake up 

He woke up and groaned

Vin: Go back to sleep 

He said while wrapping his hands tighter around my waist. I played with his hair and then there was a knock on the door.

Me: Vin, I have to get it

Vin: It's okay, I'll get it

He groaned and got up. He answered the door and saw Reggie.

Vin: What do you want?

Reg: Tell Mina that Blake is downstairs

I groaned and went downstairs.

Blake: Miss, your flight is tonight

Me: Why can't you just call me like a normal person?

Blake: And we have a spot for you in the 911 operation room

Me: What? Nooooo. Why can't you just ask someone else?

Blake: Everyone is busy

Me: I don't want to. I can go out and stop fires or anything just don't put me in the 911 spot

Blake: You have no choice

Me: Ugh. I'll be down in 20

Blake: Okay

I turned around and saw some people looking at us. I got ready.

Vin: Hey, good luck

Me: The next thing you know I'm the one who calls 911

Vin: Hey, don't say that

Me: Ugh

He gave me a hug

Me: I'll see you... whenever

I kissed him and went downstairs. I saw that everyone was talking to Blake.

Me: Blake

He nodded and we left. I got to work.

-6 pm-

I already informed everyone about the flight and to be honest, I haven't eaten since this morning. I only lived off of water and Red Bulls. I was sent home and went to my room. I saw that there were bags already packed and my stuff was almost gone in my closet.

Vin: hey, I already packed for you

Me: Oh, thanks

I hugged him.

Vin: You feel weak.

Me: I haven't eaten since this morning

Vin: Hey, that's not good. Come on, I'll cook you something

I nodded. We went downstairs and I sat at the dining table. I put my head down and rested there.

Mia: Hey Mina

Me: Hey mom

Mia: You okay?

Me: Yeah, I just haven't eaten

Mia: Want me to bake some food?

Me: it's fine, Vinnies making some

Mia: Oh okay.. can we bring snacks on the plane?

Me: Yeah...

She got a big bin and put some snacks inside.

Me: Do you have the noise cancelling thing for Blake?
