Yoko POV:

Let us begin." Nighteye said as soon as all of us were seated at the table.

Bubble Girl started to explain that the Nighteye Agency had started an investiogation on the Eight Precepts of Death. The Precepts were making contact with individuals and selling illegal drugs.

"We all need your cooperation for HN..."

"You can skip that part."

"Ah, ok!"

"HN? Whats that?" Uraraka asked.

"Hero Network!" Nejire responded. "Its a network that only people with a pro license can use."

"Hey, why are the U.A. brats here anyway?" Rock Lock asked. "We're just burnin' daylight. We need to get to plotting."

"ENOUGH OUTTA YOU - THESE THREE ARE MAJOR WITNESSES!" Fat Gum yelled, standing up and pointing to Kirishima, Chisako, and Tamaki. Then he turned to us. "Seeing a lot o' new faces here! I'm Fat Gum! Here's some candy!"

"He's so cute!" I said, melting into wonderfulness as I caught a piece of candy.

"Like mentioned before...The Precepts are known for selling illegal drugs." Nighteye said.

"That's right!" Fat Gum crushed some candy in his big hand. "When I was out with these two boys the other day, Tamaki was shot with something I've never seen before! A medicine that breaks quirks."

"BREAKS QUIRKS?????"

"Are you ok?" Mirio asked, worried about his boyfrien----whoops, I mean, best friend.

"Yes. Look at this fabulous cow hoof." Tamaki said.

"Glad you guys can recover. It wasn't a fatal wound." Rock Lock said.

"Not quite." NIghteye cut in. "That's where Eraser comes in."

Aizawa explained that the bullet was different from his "Eraser". He wasn't "attacking" a quirk. All he was doing when he erased a quirk was to temporarily "halt" it. He wasn't actually attacking a quirk or damaging it.

"After Tamaki was shot, I brought him to the hospital." Fat Gum said. "He was able to recover and go back to his original self. As for the object it fired, there were no abnormalities! Only Tamaki's quirk was attacked! The man and woman we captured wouldn't say anything. However...when Kirishima bravely volunteered his body and got shot, Chisako acted quickly and we were able to obtain to a bullet with the contents still inside."

"Nice!" we congratulated the two U.A. students.

"After examining the contents...we made the most shocking discovery."

"Inside were human blood and cells."

"WHAT?"

"So...you mean the person who made it..their quirk can destroy other quirks..." Ryukyu said.

"Hmmm. From what I see so far, this has no connection to the Precepts." a hero said.

"The people that Kirishima and Chisako apprehended, the illegal drug they were using...there is no evidence it came from the Eight Precepts, but there is the fact that they were exchanging drugs with a distributor!!" Fat Gum reported. "The drug that got inserted into the villain's skin, it made their quirks stronger!"

"When the Ryukyu team defeated the two giant villains the other day, it turns out that they had gotten drugs from the same distributor." Nighteye said.

"One of the villains had a giantification quirk...couldn't mantain it for a long time." Ryukyu said. "Its obviously a unfinished product."

"We found out that Chisaki has a daughter." Nighteye said. "A girl named Eri...she has no birth registrations, and when Mirio, Yoko, and Midoryia found her, she had a number of bandages on her."

"No...what a replusive thought..." Ryukyu said.

"That Chisaki...he's using his daughter's body to make bullets."

I couldn't help but think - why couldn't we have saved Eri right then and there?

Why?

We could have saved her!

And she wouldn't have to go through the pain!

Mirio, Deku, and I all stood up at once.

"This time, we'll definitely save her!"

Sir explained that they have looked at groups and organizations that were under the command of the Precepts as well, and wanted the heroes to split up and search for the locations of the organizations.

Aizawa asked Sir if he can use his quirk to see into the future, but Sir explained that he can't, which led us to uncomfortable silence.

"Well, lets proceed the plan." Ryukyu finally said. "Don't forget, there is a girl in trouble."

"So frustrating..." Chisako wrinkled her nose.

The U.A. students were gathered around the table down on the main floor.

I had my head on the table, my hair splaying everywhere. I stared at the ground.

I can't believe Overhaul would use such a little girl for such big purposes.

It sounds so much like my past.

In a way, Heroes and Villains are not that different.

Mirio also had his head down. The others had grim looks on their faces.

Ding.

"Are you guys holding a funeral or something?" Aizawa asked as he came out of the elevator.

"Sensei!" Tsuyu exclaimed.

"Just call me Eraserhead out of school." Eraser said. "However...I originally planned to suspend your internships today..."

"WHAT?"

"You all heard the possibility that the LoV is involved somehow." Eraser said.

"Mirio...can you lift your head please?" Tamaki said quietly.

"Hey Togata, you know what?" Nejire said. "Even if your feeling regret deep down, you can't do anything to change it, y'know?"

"Yeah!"

"Let me tell you something." Eraser said. "That hand of yours just missed being able to save them. I bet that they felt something other than despair. So keep looking forward and go on."

"YES SIR!"
