[CH. 75]: Cloud Nine

[Night time, same day]

"They're working us to the bone every day...!" Ashido groaned as she stretched while sitting on the couch in the main lobby with the girls in the dorm. 

Hakagure joined in as she sat on the couch, "That's why they call it accelerated training." 

Yaoyorozu spoke up as she brushed her hair, "And we only have one more week."

Hakagure turned to face Yaoyorozu as she asked, "How are your ultimate moves coming along, Yaomomo?"

Yaoyorozu replied as she sets her hairbrush aside, "Well... I have some ideas in mind, but my body's not quite there yet. I still need to work on enhancing my quirk a bit." 

Hakagure questioned Asui this time, "How about you, Tsuyu-chan?" 

To which she replied as she stopped sipping her juice box beside Uraraka sipping her own, "I'm working on my more frog-like techniques. They'll be sure to shock even you, Toru."

"And you, Ochaco-chan?"

Uraraka seemed to be in her own thoughts as she didn't reply while sipping her juice box. 

As Asui tapped her shoulder, the brown-haired girl jolted in surprise, almost spitting the juice and dropping the box in the process. 

Asui spoke as she tilted her head, "You seem wiped out." 

Uraraka frantically shook her head, "No, no! I'm... not tired! I still got miles to go!" 

She then became somewhat timid as she continued while looking at her slippers on her feet with her hands balling to a fist resting on her thighs, "Or so I'd like to think. It's just... I don't know. Lately, my mind's been all over the place."

Just as Ashido was about to comment, [y/n] arrived from her evening jog as she opened the door.

Jiro spoke up as she saw her, "Oh, [y/n]...! Why don't you rest up a bit? Or you can join us here...!" 

[y/n] continued to hold the door open as she replied, "I'm good! Also..." 

She continues as Todoroki came in behind her as he entered the dorm as well, "... Mina... Toru... can we talk for a bit?"

Ashido perked up as she asks Todoroki while standing up and approaching [y/n], "Hey, what were you talking about, huh?" 

He immediately replied without looking at her, "Familial matters."

"F-family?!" The pink-haired female exclaimed as Hakagure joined in, "Does this mean..." 

[y/n] blinked as she swayed her pointer finger from side to side, "No, you two. You got it all wrong."

Asui does her signature pose, "Seems like Todoroki and [y/n] had gotten closer lately." 

Jiro chimed in, "I wonder what they were doing outside... [y/n] was wearing a typical jogging attire yet Todoroki was wearing something casual." 

As Ashido and Hakagure stood up from their seats to approach [y/n], the rest of the girls in the main lobby went silent.

Asui spoke once more as she turned to face Uraraka, "By the way, Ochaco-chan." 

Uraraka perked up as Asui continued, "What you're feeling right now... that's love."

Uraraka jolted on her seat as she waved both of her hands around with a visible flush on her face, "Huh?! W-what?!?! Dove? Never seen one! Not me!!" 

Jiro chuckled at her response, "I wonder who it is... considering you'd always hang out with them."

As Uraraka began to float thanks to her quirk that activated when she covered her face, Ashido joined in as she saw her while approaching the nearest couch, "Oh, she's floating!"
