Our episode opens up with a typical day at the dojo, with Nigel and Oscar sparring while bickering with each other. however when their argument gets too intense sensei Nobu breaks the two up and reminds them that this is a sparring match not a competition. however a gap sensor goes off before we cut to the monster Gluewarrior attacking the city. the rangers then arrive on the scene to fight the monster only for Nigel and Oscar to be glued together, followed by the monster escaping while the two struggle to separate from one another. after that, we cut to Akuma palace where Gluewarrior reports to lord Ashura who scolds him for not gathering enough human misery to restore his body as he's grown tired of this intangible ghostly form. Gluewarrior then brings lord Ashura good news: he stuck the blue and green rangers together, followed by Octomancer asking why he didn't just do that to all of stone canyon, followed by Deker, Nocturna, and Serrator all facepalming at the same time. we then cut back to the dojo where Kenji tries to slice off the glue and doesn't come off much to both of their frustration as the two obviously don't get along. Spike then offers the two tea however the two then start fighting over who gets the first sip, however sensei walks in and breaks the two up by poking their pressure points followed by the two apologizing to sensei Nobu whom of which tells the five that they need to learn to get along if they are to defeat this monster. the two however refuse to work together, followed by sensei telling them he has a way to fix that. we then cut to the training area of the dojo where sensei hands the two a shinai which the two are forced to hold with both their hands. sensei then uses his symbol power to write the symbol power for "practice sword" to summon his own personal shinai and asks them to strike him. the two then start struggling to hold a stance only to get royally whooped by sensei while the other rangers watch and laugh. sensei then presents the two with their next test: calligraphy. the two then try to write a kanji but still struggle to work together much to their sensei's dismay. after that the two lay down on the floor and contemplate about how much they can't stand each other due to their opposing personalities and lifestyles, Nigel being a snooty posh perfectionist and Oscar being a lazy and clumsy class clown. after that, the two decide to sit down and eat at Bulk's sushi spot where Bulk notices the glue on their arms and asks what the heck happened to them, Oscar lying to Bulk by saying that the two of them they accidentally stumbled into a glue factory causing Bulk to roll his eyes before slamming sushi onto their table before running off. the two then struggle to eat sushi while stuck together only for the sushi roll to give Oscar indigestion much to Nigel's disgust, followed by Oscar getting up and rushing towards the restroom while dragging a miserable Nigel along for the ride. we then cut back to the dojo where sensei tests the ranger's reflexes by firing discs out of the lanternzord, of which the rangers all manage to deflect with their shinai. sensei then tells the rangers that they did a good job and deserve a break, followed by Ava being worried for Oscar while Spike worries about Nigel. sensei then reminds his students that their main priority is to defeat that monster. we then cut to Oscar and Nigel coming out of the bathroom with Nigel completely traumatized by being forced to watch Oscar "do his business" and turns his head to throw up in the trash can while Oscar snickers in sadistic delight before Nigel slaps him and tells him it's not funny and that they've got to find a way to separate each other before rushing out the restaurant dragging Oscar with him. the two then arrive at an underpass and come across a shopping cart amongst a pile of junk and gets an idea: Oscar sits in the cart while Nigel pushes, which Oscar isn't comfortable with it as it makes him feel like a baby, followed by Nigel laughing telling him that it's fitting considering he always acted so childish. sensei then alerts the rangers to a gap sensor going off and the four morph and drive to the scene of the attack on their samurai cycles, only to be spotted by Nigel and Oscar who give chase. we then cut to Gluewarrior terrorizing people by sticking stuff together with his sticky glue only for the rangers to arrive and tell him to halt. Gluewarrior then runs off only for the rangers to give chase on foot only to have their feet stuck in glue. he then entraps the four rangers in glue, all the while Nigel and Oscar watch in horror as their friends are in danger and realize that it's up to the two of them to put their differences aside and work together to destroy the monster. the two then ride the shopping cart off the overpass before jumping out to give the monster a double-kick in the face. the two rangers then morph to fight off Gluewarrior and destroy him with their teamwork freeing them from the glue. Nocturna then plays her shamisen to make the monster grow, followed by the rangers summoning the bullzord and claw master megazord north (cue shinkenger episode 37 megazord fight) and destroy Gluewarrior once and for all. after that, our six heroes celebrate their victory at Bulk's sushi spot while Nigel and Oscar fist-bump showing the new appreciation the two have for each other only for Bulk to notice that Nigel and Oscar got the glue from the glue factory they stumbled into causing the other rangers to look at the two in confusion and our episode ends with Nigel telling them it's a long story.
