On the way to the front of the pack house Alpha Kevin asked, "Who left the pack on Saturday?"

Eric and Drew responded at the same time. "No one left the pack on Saturday. I would of felt it wouldn't I?"

"No, you're not the alpha yet. I felt the bond weaken like they left without my permission." The bus pulled up as he said that. "Let's check on Melody this can wait."

As the bus empties Bonnie got nervous and stayed back. Once everyone else was gone Bonnie had to face the inevitable. She didn't even get totally off the bus when Drew confronted her. "Where is Melody?"

"How would I know she came back with you."

Drew is about to lose it. "You know she isn't with us. Now where the fuck is she?"

"All I know is what she told me. She packed her clothes and said you wanted her to go with you. Even though you rejected her." The venom in Bonnie's voice shocked all of them.

Alpha Kevin stepped up to Bonnie and stared straight at her. "You are a bad liar, Bonnie. Now tell me the truth."

You could see how mad Bonnie was, she didn't want to talk to them. When Alpha Kevin let his wolf show, she had to say something. "She is my friend; I am her only real friend. I will not betray her for anything in this world, she deserved so much better then what she got from this pack and her despicable family. She never hurt anyone, she cared about this pack, was kind to everyone even when they didn't deserve it."

The Alpha didn't want to scare Bonnie and pushed his wolf back. "Bonnie, I was told what happened, calm down. We can fix things, they are not as bad as you think."

Once Bonnie heard that she snapped. "Not that bad!" She lost her temper, no matter what happened they had to know they were wrong for everything they did to her friend. Her friend, she will not see again. "This pack doesn't deserve her, her so called father and brother are the worse of them all. They left bruises on her just for the hell of it. Don't try and deny it, I saw them. Eric wants her to live in the dungeons to give this ungrateful mate a child. So, no Alpha, I will not tell you anything."

Drew was about to shift he was so pissed. Alpha Kevin, not wanting the pack to see a scene sent his aura out taking charge of the situation. "Bonnie, your loyalty to Melody is admirable. I will admit we have all made mistakes, it is time to fix them. The problem can't be fixed if she is not here."

His aura is making her crumble, she isn't strong enough to fight it. "She left Saturday, she never told me her plans. I told her I didn't want to know that way you couldn't make me tell you."

"You know more than that. Tell us."

"She had all her saving with her. She knew better than to leave them behind, Asshole over there would of taken it." Bonnie waves at Eric who growls at her comment. "I gave her some more money and she left. As soon as they went home, we went to lunch and she took off."

"She can't be that far away. Even with the money Bonnie gave her."

"That's what you think, Beta Michael." Bonnie was glaring at him "She had little to no, clothes, went without food and worked harder than anyone knew so she could go to college. All she ever wanted was to be a doctor and play that damn piano, that you punished her for. She had ten thousand dollars saved up. I gave her another four thousand. She can be anywhere."

"How the hell did she get that kind of money; I took most of it when she got paid."

"Yeah, I know you did, Eric. She learned to hide it from a brother that was not worth her time. I don't care what you think of me or what you do to me, you are getting what you all deserve, especially you Drew. The worst is yet to come."
