Melody didn't hear him ask her anything ,"I have had a long morning and am on my way home, go see your dad." When she turns to leave Drew grabs her arm to hold her in place, as she pulls to get away, he tightens his hold bringing her closer to him. "Let go." Anthony comes in seeing her telling him to let go and loses it. He shoves Drew up against the wall.

As Anthony holds him against the wall his canines protrude. "You don't touch her, or I will kill you. Do you understand me?"

Drew growled, "I only wanted to ask her something." Anthony throws him to the floor.

"Anthony, please." Melody cries out as she reaches for him. Anthony picked her up and carried her all the way home. The whole way there she was half in tears.

Once Anthony calmed down, he asked her, "Are you alright baby? Did he hurt you?"

"He didn't hurt me, he scared me. Him grabbing me brought back things with my family and the pack. I'm sorry I am so weak. It is my fault, letting the past get to me, making me react like I did."

"Baby, you are far from weak and have nothing to be sorry for. I am the one that is sorry, I let him near you."

"I wanted to talk to you, when I knocked you weren't there; and he was there when I turned around."

"From now on keep your guards with you wherever you go. Do you hear me?"

"I had my guards with me. I was near your office and thought I was safe, so I let them get lunch." Melody tries to tell him as her tears are falling. "Please don't be, mad at me."

"I am not mad at you."

"Then can you stop yelling at me? You're losing your temper a lot with me lately."

"I didn't mean to yell at you." Anthony takes a deep breath wanting to calm down more. "I wanted to tear him apart and I couldn't, so my wolf and I are trying to calm down."

"Can you hug me and tell me you love me?"

Rocky growls at Anthony. 'Mate needs us, talk to her nice.'

"Baby, I love you. Never forget that. I will do whatever I can to make you happy and to feel safe. If you want, I can throw them out."

"I can't throw Alpha Kevin out of the hospital: he is still sick. Drew didn't hurt me. Maybe it was my fear that took over."

Papa Charley came in from outside seeing Melody crying. "What happened?"

"That bastard touched her." Anthony roared in anger. "He grabbed her arm pulling her over to him holding her there."

"What!!!!!!! Did you kill him?"

"I can't kill the fucker. I want you to stick to her like glue when I can't. She is never be left alone."

"I will go with her from now on. If that bastard comes near her, I will break his arm off and shove it up his ass." Charley is doing his best not to kill Drew right now.

"You would to, my big strong Papa Charley." Melody's eyes light up with joy knowing how much he loves her.

A knock comes to the door, Charley goes to get it. When he opens it, Drew is standing there. "What do you want." The fierceness of the growl and words mixed, back Drew up a step.

"I came to apologize. I didn't mean to upset your Luna. I was talking to her, and she didn't answer me. I thought she didn't hear me, and I wanted to get her attention. All I wanted to know was how we paid for the treatment for my father. I am very sorry; I would never hurt her. She has my father up and walking. I am truly sorry please don't stop helping my father because of my stupid mistake."
