Anthony gets to the pack and the rogues are at the border, "What is going on?"

"They keep attacking then running off the pack land. I don't know if we should go after them of wait for them to come back." Anthony sees how unnerved Paul, the head warrior, is.

"They haven't tried to overrun us. That makes no sense, they should have taken us out, tried to at least."

"That is why I am so confused; they haven't done anything I would have expected."

"Next time they come at us we are going after them, I don't know what they are planning but they need to be taken out."

They did not have to wait long, only a half hour, when the rogues came again, "Alpha, they are trying again for the third time."

"Paul, tell the guards to let them get closer, have them fall back. We are going to draw them in."

"Where are you going, Alpha?"

"To stand with my men and you." After thirty minutes of fighting, the rogues started retreating, this time not because of the plan but because of the losses. "Follow them, don't let them live!" Anthony led his men after those killers. Their numbers now are too small to be a real threat to the pack, and everyone can feel the strain ease. "Branden, you get a team to clean up this mess."

"I'll have the men burn the rogues. Paul is gathering the ones further out."

"Kody, can you take care of the injured? Make sure they get to the hospital. Dad, we have to figure out what they were doing? I mean they just up and quit when they had the numbers to win. That doesn't make much sense."

"It was like they wanted us to stay here, keep us busy."

"Why?" Then it hits Anthony and Cameron. "They wanted us to leave the women and the pups!" Franticly Anthony called Melody, the phone rings and rings then it goes to voice mail. "She isn't answering."

"Neither is Christine." Cameron yells to Anthony as he dials Christine again.

Anthony's phone begins to ring. "This might be Melody." He looks at the caller ID. "Stephan, have you heard from Melody?"

"That is why I was calling you. I have called Melody and Amanda, and they have not answered. They should be here by now. Where are my girls?"

"I don't know, I think they have been kidnapped. We are going out looking for them."

"Is it that man she told me about?"

"Stephan, I don't know. All I can tell you is we have to find her."

"Call me if you need my help and when you find her. That girl is special. Find her!"

Cameron mind links the men to get to the pack house now. "Someone has kidnapped the Luna and the female betas, both of them. The alpha pups are also missing."

Kody and Branden ran into the building. "What the hell did you say?"

"They are all missing."

The door to the office flies open. "What the fuck happened, where are they?"

"Charley, calm down, we are going looking for them."

"I shouldn't have left her out there. Cameron, he is going to hurt her."

Anthony was barking out orders, "We need to track them down. They have a five-hour head start. Get me some trackers." The four men walked out to stand with Anthony. "I am leaving to see if we can track them, I assume you want to go with me." They didn't say a word just went to the cars. "Paul, watch after the pack in case the rogues do come back. Make sure you take care of the mess and the injured."
