Chapter 89

Drew was sitting at his desk going over his plans. "Eric, we are running out of time."

Drew everything is falling in place Stop worrying. Anthony bought the bus just like dad said he would. It has the tracker in it."

"Get your dad to get in here, I want to see how things are going with the rogues."

"Dad will be here in a minute."

"Alpha Drew, you sent for me."

"Michael, sit down I want you to tell me how thing are going with the rogues."

"I talked to the two groups we met when your father was getting his treatments. They have started sending men around the pack borders. He said that they are increasing security."

"With the two groups of rogues do we have enough men to keep them busy?"

"The one group has twenty and the other thirty. It would be better if we could double the number. The last group was interested in the deal but wanted too much money. So we never got the number of rogues you wanted."

"Call the other group and pay them. We need the numbers to get what we all want."

"I will call them now and get right back to you." Michael left Eric and Drew talking.

"This is going perfectly. You have to admit Dad had a good plan. The cancer patient is getting more information than I thought she could get."

"Dad always said the pack finds out everything. At the hospital I heard them talking about everything going on in the pack. I can even tell you the name of the other nurse that is pregnant. The only big item left for me to arrange is the plane."

Michael walked back in. "That didn't take long. Did they say yes?"

"I talked them into doing it for the same price as the other two groups. They have the date and time Anthony is leaving with the rest of them. They are going to stay out of sight until thirty minutes after they leave the pack."

"Then that pack is going to get hit hard. He is going to pay for what he did to me." Drew shoved his seat back walking over to the window. "Eric, do you have the underground house done?"

"There is only a few things left. It will be ready in time."

Drew chuckled. "When you came to me with this crazy idea, I thought I needed a new beta. Then I saw those blueprints, the time you took to set things up. It was priceless. No one will find them down there."

"I am not completely brain dead. The hardest part was the plumbing. We got it done though."

"I am not as worried about the pluming. I want to know if they are going to be able to breathe fresh air down there."

"Drew, do you think I am that stupid? I had a complex air system put in. They will have fresh air, heat and air conditioning. The contractor said they have nothing to worry about."

"Tell your father what you did to hide our honored guests."

"In the back of the pack we have two safety bunkers for the pack if we are attacked. They are side by side only twenty foot apart. I had the area between them removed then turned the place into a home."

"It can't be that big down there. How are they going to live in such a small place."

"It isn't that small. The bunkers are fifty by forty double that and add an extra twenty by forty in the middle. There are seven bedrooms that are a nice size and one that is smaller. A kitchen, eating area, living room, small den, two bathrooms. One has a tub the other doesn't. That isn't small, Dad."
