After putting his clothes away, Anthony wanted to do something with Melody. "How would you like to explore the pack with me. I can show you some of the places and things I did growing up here."

"I would love that. I have been so busy I haven't seen much of the pack outside of the school and the pack house."

The pack hadn't seen much of Anthony in the last two years while he was at Alpha training. "Alpha Anthony, you are back. We have missed you in the orchards."

"You have done a great job with the trees. This year's crops will be good."

"They should be, especially with a young Alpha not here to climb the trees and take bites out of all the apples."

"I was young and haven't done that in years."

"Now that you have a beautiful mate, we might be having another young alpha climbing our trees."

"I didn't introduce her to you. This is my mate, Melody."

"It is nice to meet you. I like hearing your stories about Anthony."

Everywhere they went it was the same thing. Members coming over to talk to them, happy to see him home and mated. Some of the members needed help and explained their problems to him and her. "I will talk to my father. I know there is a way we can help you fix things."

"Thank you, Alpha, Luna."

"Your biggest problem is you need help. I have Monday and Wednesday free, if you don't mind an amateur gardener coming, I would love to help you anyway I can."

"I couldn't ask you to come help."

"Why?"

"You are our future Luna. This kind of work is beneath you."

"Don't be silly. I am just like you and will enjoy learning how to grow food and later eating some of the food we grow. I will be here at 3:30 on Monday." The man gave her a slight bow, accepting her help.

"Melody, it might not be proper to do that kind of work."

"Anthony, I insist. It's important for me to understand the work and the people we serve. Together, we'll make things better for everyone," Melody assured him with a warm touch. The members of the pack began to see Melody not just as his mate, but as a true Luna who cared deeply for them and was willing to get her hands dirty.

As they continued their walk, Melody couldn't help but feel a sense of belonging and purpose. She was excited to be part of this new family and to make a meaningful impact in their lives.

The following weekend the couple spent time with the pack members. Alpha Cameron and Charley were sitting having a cup of coffee watching the couple playing with some of the younger pups. "Do you remember what it was like to be that much in love, Charley?"

"I am not that old I still remember the times with my Hope. One day I may find me another woman, who knows."

"I have tried but I can't forget my mate, not yet." He clears his throat not wanting to get too emotional. "They will lead this pack to great things, the pack has accepted them whole heartily."

"I think you are right. Watching what they accomplish is going to be a joy to see." Both men hold so much pride and love for the couple.

Monday came and school starts, so does the routine they worked out. Melody going to school then taking her music lessons. Some afternoons she helps out at the orphanage, others she helps different pack members like the farmer. She even set up a tutoring program at the school much like the one at her old pack.
