Melody stopped at the opening to the living room addressing Michael. "I have to go to the hospital to do my rounds. I don't have the time to talk to you right now. If you still want to talk, Anthony will set up a time with you."

Bonnie is still a little spit fire, she wasn't letting Michael get away with acting regretful. "You don't deserve to talk to her, let alone be around her. She may let you slide with what you did, but I won't. I am keeping my eye on you."

"I'm your Beta," Michael didn't like her attitude. "Don't talk to me like that!"

"I don't belong to that filthy pack anymore and I will talk to you anyway I see fit." She then places both hands on the back of Melody's shoulders and walks her out the door.

Anthony sent his two Betas with Melody while the rest of them stayed with Michael.

Branden ran up to Melody and stopped abruptly. He sniffs the air. Bonnie lets go of Melody's shoulders, spins her head to the side sniffing the air. They both lock eyes. "Mate." Melody turns around and smiles, seeing her best friend has finally found her mate.

"Why don't the two of you go and talk? Kody will go with me to the hospital."

Branden abruptly stands in front of Melody with his shoulders squared as if he was in for a fight. "Luna, I will not leave you." He pokes Bonnie, "I will bring my mate with me." Bonnie acted shy and turned flush.

Once Melody got to the hospital, the first thing she did was to call Stephan. "Hello Stephan, I was calling you for a favor."

"For my star musician I will try."

"Can you set up a concert for me in California?"

"You want to have a concert. This concert is not for me correct."

"No, this one is on me. It will have to be set up in San Jose, California and as soon as possible"

"Give me a week to get it together. I can have you play a few extra compositions. To fill in any missing soloists."

"That will be fine with me. Thank you for all your help."

"I am the one that has to thank you, I cannot wait to hear you play."

As Melody did her rounds Bonnie and Branden are making eyes at each other, their hands are touching each other whenever possible. Kody was getting a kick out of them. "You need to get a room." This time Bonnie was as red as a tomato.

Melody called Cameron. "Cameron, he said he can set it up for a week from now. Is that enough time for the rest of the plan?"

"I will call Mitch and find out." Cameron made the call and explained the situation.

"Cameron, I would love to hear Melody play; my wife adores the pups how could we not come along and make sure this pack behaves."

Thanks Mitch, it means a lot to us."

"Anthony, we got the concert and Mitchel set up. Tell Michael it is a done deal."

"Thanks, Dad. Having Michael sitting around the pack is aggravating. I will tell him now so he can get the hell out of here."

This whole time Michael has been waiting in the living room. Papa Charley is talking with Frank about everyday things ignoring him. Michael wanted to get some answers, so he started to talk to them. "I am curious, how did my daughter get here?"

The two men stared at him then at Papa Charley speaks up, "I brought her here. She came to me when I was at a truck stop, I used to drive truck cross country. She wanted a ride."
