"Drew, we had talked about going out for a meal or doing something together. I also remembered how we talked about fishing. My pack has some of the best clear water lakes for fishing. It would be nice for you and your beta to join me and my beta for a day of fishing instead of going for a meal."

Kevin cleared his throat, "Could I come along? I haven't been fishing in quite some time."

The doctor side of Melody took over. "Do you feel strong enough for that?"

"I will have my strong son to help me if I get too tired. There will also be all these strong men coming along."

"You can go, as long as they watch out for you. If you get tired tell them and stop to rest. Anthony, do not make him overdo it. Drew, that includes you; he is better, but not one hundred percent."

"I will watch out for my father, I promise. You know, Dad, we haven't been fishing in a long time."

"That is what I thought when Anthony mentioned fishing. We enjoyed spending time out in nature."

"Now that you are better, we will make time for fishing more often."

"Soon if he keeps this up." Melody gave Kevin a warm smile. "If I am correct, you will be able to go home in four days. You will have to follow up with his physical therapy at your pack."

Drew became more pleasant. "That is the best news I have heard. I can't wait to get back home. It is not that you haven't been anything but gracious to us and I am more than grateful for what you have done for my father. I have a pack to run, and I have been gone for three weeks."

"We can totally understand, Alpha Drew. It is not easy to run a pack and not being there makes it much harder."

Seven o'clock the next morning Anthony talks to his father, "Dad, how long will it take for you and Branden to redo our security?"

"If we work hard enough, we should have it done by two. Faster if we can get the technician from town to help us, he hasn't confirmed getting here."

"Dad, he is coming at eight, I left you a note on your desk."

"I haven't gotten there yet so I didn't see it."

"Let me go say goodbye to Melody, then we can get everyone loaded up and out of here by eight."

At the house Melody is worrying. "Papa Charley, please go with Anthony. I'll be fine here they won't even be around."

"I don't like leaving you, Little one. We don't know what they are planning."

"I have the whole pack to protect me, Anthony needs you. I have Stephan coming to visit today. It will be nice to see him. Plus, didn't you say they won't do anything until after Alpha Kevin is better. He won't risk it this close to the end of his treatment."

Anthony walks in, "Melody, it's time to go."

"I told Papa Charley to go with you."

"No way. Who's going to watch you?"

"Your dad and Branden will be here and the whole pack is around, I'll be fine. Besides you'll have the troublemakers with you."

"They are not here with you. I don't like you being alone, you can get silly ideas and put yourself in bad predicaments."

"That wasn't called for, Anthony. I made a mistake and said I won't do it again." Melody got so sad Anthony felt like shit.

"I shouldn't of said that. I am not in the best state of mind. I wasn't thinking, I am so sorry for what I said. I love you and would never hurt you."
