"Bueckers for 3!"

"Count it."

"Man her and Baby Johnson have been back and forth with it all game. And here it is again."

"Johnson from deep."

"Splash." The whole arena yells as it falls.

"She shot that right in front of our seats." You blow a kiss to Paige as you back pedal down the court.

"Ohhh she is feisty with it." This 3rd quarter has been very intense. Yet your team is starting to dominate more and more throughout this quarter.

You haven't come out the whole entire game. Coach trusted that you, Hailey, Mikaylah and Angel could play the entire time. Until Angel got into foul trouble in the first half. And Mikaylah getting frustrated her shots aren't falling.

"The Tigers starting to pull away. Getting the lead up to 9 here with that last 3 from Van Lith." You focus on getting up close on Paige. Denying her the view of getting an entry pass to Aaliyah.

As the count comes down on the shot clock Paige shoots the ball from deep over you. It's goes in and she blows you a kiss this time. Bet.

With the quick inbound you do your famous copy of LaMelo Ball. Pointing at half court. Coach is screaming at you to run the play but you pull up anyways.

Your team all start sprinting back on defense before it goes through the net. You point to the sideline where LaMelo Ball and his brothers are sitting courtside.

"From Downtown."

"And she called it out."

Everyone is playing their hearts out. It was win or go home. March Madness is not for the weak.

"As we countdown the final seconds on the clock give it up to the LSU Tigers as they continue into the Elite Eight. It is to be determine who they face off against tomorrow night as USC battles it out on the court with Iowa."

"Let's talk about Paige Bueckers verses Y/n Johnson....." You block it out as you go to the locker room with your team. Coach gives her speech to congratulate everyone. Once you are in sweats you're pulled for an interview. You, Angel and Hailey.

As always you make a joke to them. It's your thing with the press. They ask about you and Paige facing off. You two literally hugged after the game and took pictures while holding the other jersey. It's nothing but love between you two.

"So now that you have faced off against Paige Bueckers how do you think your team will match up against Iowa or USC?" Coach motions to you.

"I'm the secret weapon?" You joke.

"No you can answer." Coach says as she laughs.

"Ohhh my bad. Well I think our team has that great family chemistry. So do other team but we are connected. Kind of like we are one. Plus we have all kinds of players that shine in different ways. So whatever is thrown our way we will adapt to it."

"Thank you." You nod and smile at them.

"I have a question for the love birds." A female reporter says. Hailey smiles at you and squeeze your hand. "How does it feel to know this is your last time playing together in NCAA basketball?"
