"You are downright insane if you believe that."

"I like red." Matthew shrugged.

"But blue's obviously the best, everything good is blue, water-"

"Objective, water is clear."

"Close enough," I muttered, "Anyways, the sky-"

"That can change."

"Still, what good thing is red?"

"Roses-"

"I can find a blue rose." I scoffed.

"No you can't."

"I'll give them a blue flower then, who needs roses." I rolled my eyes.

"You're blood."

"Says who? My blood is blue and I don't believe otherwise."

"How many goblets of cherry coke did you drink?"

"Blue cherry coke, you mean." I smirked at him, "See, blue's better."

"There's no convincing him about that, he's too thickheaded to listen." Ron said as we walked up to the group.

"How many times do I have to say it? My head is perfectly normal." I threw my hands up, exasperated.

"Again, thickheaded." Ron muttered.

I scowled at him.

"He's crazy about blue, I wouldn't be surprised if you'd date someone just because they like blue too." Thalia said.

I looked at her offended, "I have standards."

"Sure you do." She rolled her eyes, "Anyways, I'm tired, let's go to bed."

Before they left, Annabeth told me about how Thalia was gonna be in our class since she was too old for year one and year two and since year three talks about the past years, she can just learn from there.

"Night." I waved at them.

"Red's still great." He muttered.

"No it's not. Since red is the opposite of blue-"

"Says who?"

"Everybody knows it, it was a rule established in kindergarten."

He rolled his eyes for the millionth time today, "Yeah, sure."

We opened out door and I flopped onto my bed.

"Dude, get up, you have to help unload the stuff."

I groan as I sit up, "Can't we do this tomorrow?"

Just then I heard a knock on my door.

"Come in." I said cautiously since it was quite late.

A girl, who I didn't recognize handed me a letter and ran out.

"What was that?" I looked at the door - which shut a few seconds ago - completely bewildered.

"Looks like you've got an admirer." He said, "What's it say?"

I shrugged tossing it aside, "I can't read."

Matthew scowled at me, "Still, it's rude not to." He picked up the paper and looked disgusted. "Nevermind, I'm not reading that."

"No! Now you got me curious, read it." I said.

"I don't want to." He averted my gaze.

"Oh come on, it can't be that bad."

He scoffed, picking up the letter again, "Oh Percy, you're eyes are so beautiful and you smell so nice, like the sea. Has anyone-" he gagged, "Has anyone told you how handsome you look in uniform?I wish I could be-" he gagged slightly, "all yours, I will of you let me, come to my room later if you accept, no one else has to know. Love, Daphne Greengrass."
