"Pretend that I don't care, but it's killing me. I'll be happy for you.. if you say you're happier with someone else. I'll be honest with you, just the thought of it hurts like hell."

School's starting today and I can't guarantee I'll post every day, since I'll have to focus more this year :/

Just like Percy once had, Ethan underestimated his own strength.

Percy spat blood as he fell to the ground, unconscious.

Ethan stared at him, wide eyed.

"Shit,"

Everyone watched the situation unfold, stunned.

"Not that hard!" Matthew said.

"Well- I- I-"

"Help me get him up,"

Ethan and Matthew struggled to help the guy until Jason stepped up to lend a hand.

Madame Pomfrey looked at the boys, stunned.

"What happened this time?" She asked.

"Amortentia," Matthew said.

"Why's there dried blood on his mouth?"

"Long story," Ethan said, grunting as they placed him on the bed. "Man, he's heavy."

"Thanks, Jase," Matthew said.

"No prob," Jason said. "Will he be okay?"

"I'll have to check for internal injuries," she said. "Have you finished eating?"

They nodded their heads despite their hunger.

"Who do you think did it?" Jason asked.

"There was a picture of Daphne in the box," Matthew said sighing. "I'm pretty sure she was the one to do this last time too."

"She's gotten quite creative," Ethan muttered.

"Yeah," Matthew said. "I've seen a few other boxes of chocolate that she most likely sent and we threw them out so I guess she switched it up."

"How's this not.. like.. illegal?" Ethan asked. "It's a clear violation of consent, coercion and violation of autonomy."

Matthew turned to him, confused. "I didn't know you were interested in the law."

Ethan hadn't even realized what he was doing. He scowled to himself, annoyed to have picked up another part of his father that he didn't know about.

"But to answer your question, it rarely gets punished," he said. "Especially not to the wealthy."

The three boys looked at Percy's unconscious figure, wondering what to do.

It's been hours and Percy still hasn't woken up. Ethan stayed by his side the entire time, too guilt ridden to leave.
