"Like lightning and thunder, can't have one without the other. It was written in the stars, we can't be torn apart. We are linked together, and forged in fire forever."

"Bloody hell," Ron said. "They all broke out?"

"No," Hermione shook her head. "But a lot of them did. It was chaos."

"And they still don't believe us," Harry frowned.

"The interview went well," Hermione said encouragingly.

Annabeth had come up with the idea to make people believe Voldemort's return through a broadcast with Rita Skeeta, since Hermione apparently had dirt on her.

"But I'm getting detention,"

"We both are," Percy sighed. "I feel like frog face would use any reason to get us in her office."

"It's honestly unfair," Annabeth argued. "The dark wizards are all rising along with Voldemort, and the ministry takes all its time to cover up our 'lies' instead of actually focusing on the threat!" Percy held her hand, calming her down slightly, but she was still frustrated.

"Hey," he said softly, "It'll be okay."

The two smiled at each other, Matthew, Bobby and Ethan resisting the urge to gag in the background.

He placed a kiss on her forehead, pulling her closer, his arm wrapping around her waist. "How was Occlumency?" Percy asked.

"Not too bad," Harry said. "Just.. difficult."

He remembered the sighted of his father bullying Snape and shook his head.

The first few weeks had been quite tough on all of them for different reasons, and everyone needed the relaxation.

"Let's not talk about that stuff," Piper said.

"I agree," Ron nodded. "It's giving me a bloody headache."

They were seated in Madame Pomfrey's office, since ministry of misery doesn't check that area to torture students.

It was a calm Saturday afternoon, one which the group mainly spent away from each other, so they decided to sit down and talk.

Percy kept looking at Annabeth, the same lovestruck expression as he'd had all those years ago, lit up his features. He admired her. After such a terrible week, where she had been too occupied to hang out, this was all he needed.

She looked over at him and smiled as well. She looked back over at Leo, who was talking animatedly, complaining about his homework, but Percy could barely hear a thing.

Her hand was still in his, their fingers locked together. His other arm was around her waist, drawing circles into her side.

So beautiful.
