Avi walked into the library, and searched around for almost five minutes before he finally found Kevin, who was shelving a book into one of the large bookcases. "Hey, Kevin. How's it going in here?"
Kevin looked over, smiling widely immediately. "Pretty well. Todrick and I are determined to read all of these by the end of the week."
Avi glanced around the basically gigantic library. "There must be over a thousand books in here. How exactly do you plan to do that?"
"Well if you take the number of books, divide it by two, and then divide that by seven--"
"No, I didn't mean-- Ugh. Nevermind. I actually came in here to ask you and Todrick to come join us for lunch. Kirstin and Alexander have it prepared."
Kevin grinned and nodded. "I'll go get Todrick out of the 'Philosophy Section'."
Avi then proceeded down the hall to get Scott and Mitch, and although he was horrified when he walked in on them making out, he didn't close the door. "Excuse me, I thought this was an office, not a bedroom."
Scott didn't pull away, rather he pushed Mitch even further into the desk. "You were wrong." He kissed Mitch once more. "Come back later." And then he returned back to the task at hand, which was Mitch.
Avi rolled his eyes, and walked over to grab Scott's upper arm, before pulling him away from Mitch forcefully. "Come on. You two can bang later."
"We weren't going to bang, don't be rude."
Mitch followed them out of the room, trailing behind Scott uselessly. "What is a bang?"
Avi flashed him a quick smile. "It's another word for s--"
"The 'Love Thing', Mitchie." Scott interrupted.
Mitch nodded a few times. "Ohh."
Avi shook his head, still walking. "Why do you talk to him like he's seven years old? Jesus, I will never understand."
Scott frowned at him, but let Avi keep dragging him along. "I can talk to him however I want. At least I'm not a jerk to him."
Avi stopped walking, pulling Scott's arm so he'd stop too, which led to Mitch bumping into Scott's back.
Scott turned to apologize to him, but Avi reached a hand up to pull Scott's face back to look at him.
Avi's glare was strong enough to make any Omega pass out, Scott supposes. "Did you just subtly call me a jerk? Or that I, in any way, treat my Omega poorly?"
Mitch spoke out of turn. "Well you can be sort of--"
"Shut up. I'm not talking to you." Avi snapped, his eyes never leaving Scott.
Scott squinted at him, and yanked his arm out of Avi's grip. "Don't speak to him like that. Don't ever tell him to 'shut up' again, do you hear me?"
"Who do you think you're talking to?" Avi snarled, his eyes beginning to turn red.
Scott took a step forward, towering over him. "An Alpha that was rude to my Omega."
Mitch watched on helplessly, scared that if he tried to intervene he might get hurt.
Avi scoffed at Scott, not intimidated by his height in the slightest. "What are you going to do about it, Rookie?"
Scott just snarled in response. "Want to talk down to him again, and find out?"
Avi turned to Mitch, as if he were going to, but Scott shoved him away before he could.
