Kevin and Todrick sat together at the dining room table researching what Kirstie might have done to herself, while Mitch helped Scott cook dinner.

As Kevin and Todrick worked, Todrick cradled Grace in his arms.

Avi had Alex and Kirstie in his room to speak to, and Jake was there for Alex's moral support.

Avi figured he'd already taken it out on Alex more than enough, and wanted to be sure Kirstie wasn't left out of it, as it was also her fault.

Avi made them stand in front of him, knowing neither of them could lie to him while looking him in the face.

Avi first walked to stand in front of Alex. "Did you offer your suppressants to Kirstie, or did she ask?"

"She asked, Sir."

"And that was all you needed to hear to hand them over?"

"Y-Yes, Sir."

"And why is that?"

"I'd never seen anyone else's suppressants, Sir. I thought they were all the same. I took Mitch's suppressants all the time when I was in the other pack, because they asked me to."

Avi took a step to the side to stand in front of Kirstie. "And you weren't aware either, that there are other types of suppressants?"

"No, Sir."

"Why didn't you speak to an Alpha before doing this?"

"I thought... If I hid it from you, you wouldn't make Mitchie do it instead."

"Do you understand how badly you could've damaged your body by doing this?"

Kirstie looked down. "Well... I do now."

"What was that?"

"Yes, Sir. I understand."

Avi hooked his finger under her chin to bring her eyes back up to meet his. "I know this was an honest mistake. But.. I wish you would've asked. At least one of the Betas, if not the Alphas."

"I know. I'm sorry, Alpha."

Avi sighed, dropping his hand back to his side. "Listen... I don't want to do this... But I think a punishment is in order. What if something had happened to you?"

Alex frowned, not wanting Kirstie to be punished. "Sir, I don't mean to argue... But why is she getting punished if it was an accident?"

"Because she didn't consult me first."

"Well... Neither did I..."

Avi raised an eyebrow at him. "Do you want a punishment too? Is that what you're telling me?"

"I-If... If Kirstie is going to be punished, I think I should be too. I made the same mistake."

"Fine. See if I care." Avi glanced behind him to think of a punishment on the spot. "Let's see... Kirstie, I'm going to put you in isolation for two hours. And if you miss dinner because of it, then so be it. I'll bring your food to you, and that's all. Understood?"

Kirstie's shoulders sagged. "Yes, Sir." She responded half heartedly.

Avi then turned to Alex. "I had no intention of punishing you, but you bring up a good point. So I'm going to put you in an ice bath for twelve minutes. Does that sound fair?"

"Yes, Sir."

"But... Since Jake isn't one of the top Alphas, he can't go with you, because he hasn't proven to me that he has the capability of punishing an Omega. Does that make sense?"
