Scott instantly noticed that the door to his office was open, and he could hear Alex sobbing.

As he got closer, sensing Mitch's fear thickened the air around him, and he could hardly breathe just thinking about it.

Scott burst into the room with a loud snarl, eyes bright red, and teeth beginning to sharpen.

Two Alphas were holding Alex against a wall, one of them holding his arms in front of him while the other spoke rudely to him.

And Mitch was no where to be seen.

Scott walked over quickly, snarling again, and ripping one of the Alphas away from Alex, shoving him in a different direction.

When he pushed the other away, he looked to Alex. "Where the Hell is Mitch?"

Alex just pointed out the door, a little off to the left.

Scott turned quickly to find him, running into the bathroom where he could sense Mitch's fear, and throwing that door open too.

He snarled again, but this time he didn't wait when he pulled the Alpha off of his Omega.

Mitch was cornered in the bathroom, an Alpha holding his chin in place as he attempted to kiss him, but Mitch bravely spit in his face and pushed him with all that he could, even though it wasn't much.

Scott did the rest of the work, grabbing the Alpha by the back of his neck and yanking him back to let him fall onto the ground.

Because of how surprised he was, the Alpha's head hit the floor when he went down, and he was henceforth unresponsive.

Meanwhile, the Alphas with Alex had come back toward him, although Alex had backed himself into a corner too.

Just as the first Alpha reached out toward him, he was pulled away.

Alex was too scared to see what happened next though, because he sunk to the ground with his hands over his ears and his eyes squeezed shut. "P-Please don't hurt me..."

After almost a minute, Alex felt someone gently grab his hands and pull them from his ears.

Alex peeked up, his entire body trembling in fear, as he met Travis' eyes. "T-Travie..?"

Travis gave him a small smile, holding both of his hands as he knelt in front of Alex's fearful crouched position. "Hi, Lexi. Are you okay?"

Alex couldn't even form words, he just let his tears continue to fall. "I.. I'm sorry."

Travis 'tsk'ed at him, and stood quickly to close the door, before walking back over and sitting down in front of Alex to be sure their eyes had to stay together. "Sorry for what, baby?"

Alex shook his head. "I'm sorry." He tried, more confidently.

"Don't be sorry. There's nothing to be sorry for. Are you okay, Lex? You can say no, if you truly feel that way."

Alex's bottom lip quivered a little, and he nodded. "I'm okay, I promise. Please, just... Go back out there. Please... Make sure Jake is okay.. Protect Todrick. Please?"

Travis pressed a kiss to Alex's forehead and stood up to do just that. "I'll send Scott in here. And I promise I won't let anything happen to Jake or Todrick."

Alex nodded, bringing his knees up to his chest so he could hide his face against his legs. "Thank you, Alpha."

"You're welcome, Alexander. I... I miss you. And I still love you more than anything else. Even though I can see his Mark on your neck."
