Alex was standing beside Kirstie, holding her hand, and staring at the baby too.

Kirstie squeezed his hand to get his attention. "You okay?"

"Yeah... Thank you."

Kirstie frowned at him, still wanting to be sure he was okay even though she was extremely tired. "Allie..."

"Hmm?"

"You can tell me. What's the matter?"

Alex smiled down at her. "It's um.. Nothing really. Just.. 'Grace' was my mother's name."

"Oh, honey... I'm so sorry that you had to lose them..."

"It's okay. I wouldn't be who I am now if I hadn't had to endure that kind of pain, y'know? Don't be all.. Upset. Today is supposed to be one of the best days of your life." Alex tried with a smile, before looking away so she couldn't ask anything else.

Kevin handed Grace back to Kirstie, before leaning down and kissing the formerly pregnant Omega's forehead. "I'm so happy for you, Kirstin. You've come such a long way."

The nurse walked in right then, announcing that Kirstie needed to get some rest. Avi was free to stay, but the others had to go home.

After the others left the room, Mitch in Alex's arms, Scott stayed behind for a second.

He gave Avi a hug, squeezing him tightly for a second. "I'm so proud of you, Avi. You're going to make a fantastic father."

That was probably one of the best things Avi had ever heard in his entire life. Right behind Kirstie's, "I do" and the doctor's, "Congratulations. Your wife is pregnant!"

Avi smiled, closing his eyes to forever remember this moment. "Thank you, Scott... Thank you so much."

Scott moved away, giving Avi's shoulder a squeeze, and then turning to smile at Kirstie. "Congratulations, again. I love you guys. See you at home."

Kirstie smiled at him, her hands too full to wave at him. "Bye, Alpha! I'll miss you!"

Scott chuckled as he left the room. "I'll miss you too, Snowflake."

Scott jogged to catch up to the others, before walking quietly behind Alex and Mitch, not wanting to interrupt any time they spent together.

Alex was being as careful as he could, not wanting to hurt Mitch and give him another reason to be mad at him. "Are you okay? I'm not hurting you, am I?"

Mitch shook his head, clasping his hands gently around Alex's neck so he was sure he wouldn't fall. "No. I'm okay."

"Are you sure? Because I can--"

"I said I was fine, Allie."

Scott frowned, still behind them. But kept himself quiet.

Kevin opened the car door for the others, offering to drive.

Todrick offered to climb all the way into the back of the car, while Jake sat in the front seat beside Kevin.

Scott made Mitch sit beside Alex, by putting Mitch in between both of them.

Scott held Mitch's hand, and looked out the window, not saying a word.

Todrick leaned forward and set a hand on Alex's arm. "So.. They named her Grace..."

Alex forced a smile. "I know... It's a lovely name."

Mitch turned to him curiously. "Hey, wasn't that your mom's name?"
