I woke up and my eyes felt like they had been glued shut. I groaned and rubbed them with my fists to try and force them open. Eventually I succeeded and was met with David's sleeping face. He looked absolutely adorable with his mouth slightly agape and his hair all over the place. I giggled and wished I could stay there until he woke up, but my face felt like cement so I had to get up. I carefully unwrapped his arm from my waist and snuck out of the bed. I grabbed the backpack from the floor and tiptoed into the bathroom.
Ugh, that is the last time I go to sleep with makeup on. I washed my face and looked through the bag to see exactly what he'd brought. There wasn't much, just a few pairs of clothes and the bare hygiene necessities. I found a brush and combed through my hair, humming softly to myself. When I was done with that, I surveyed the outfits he'd picked out for me and shook my head.
This boy... I thought with a chuckle. I grabbed a tight crop top and short shorts that still had the tags from the store and slid them on just for the laugh. I heard him stirring in the bed and figured he must be waking up.
"Angel?" he mumbled sleepily. A few moments passed and then the sounds grew frantic. "Angel! Princess, where are you?"
I turned the handle quietly and peeked into the room. When I saw him, I had to hold in my laughter. He was crawling around on the mattress, tearing off the sheets as if I might be buried in them somewhere. "Angel!' he called, his expression one of complete horror as if he thought I'd disappeared or something.
I opened the door the rest of the way and leaned against the frame, crossing my arms. "Looking for something?" I teased.
His head snapped up and he let out a sigh of relief when he saw my face, "Oh, thank goodness. You almost gave me a heart attack."
I smirked and shook my head at him, "What am I going to do with you?"
His gaze traveled down my figure and a cheeky grin stretched onto his face. "Damn, I knew that would look good on you, but I didn't think it would look that good."
I rolled my eyes and tugged at the fabric, "Why did you even bring this? It's the middle of winter!"
He shrugged, "I am a guy, Angel. I like to see my girl lookin' sexy sometimes."
I felt heat crawl up my neck and I scoffed, turning away to try and cover it up. "Well, you saw me in it, so I hope you're happy 'cause I'm taking it off right now."
"You look cute when you blush," he teased.
My cheeks flushed even more and I shut the door behind me. I quickly changed into something more appropriate for this time of year. There was a Minecraft t-shirt, dark blue skinny jeans, an iBallisticSquid pull-over hoodie (which he must have brought from his house because I did not own one), and my favorite pair of tennis shoes, which meant he'd gone to my house when I wasn't there. Fabulous...
I stepped back into the room, my hands tucked into the front pocket of the sweatshirt.
He grinned, "Yeah, that's right. Rep for your boyfriend." I sighed and just shook my head again. He opened his arms, "Come 'ere you."
I smiled and set myself next to him, letting him wrap his arms around me. He kissed my cheek and his moustache tickled my ear when he whispered, "You still look sexy."
I pulled away and slapped his arm playfully, "Who is this perv and what has he done with my love?"
He smirked, "Oh, you wanna see a perv?" He slipped his hands under my shirt and slid them up, fingering my bra clip.
I shoved his chest teasingly, "Stop it."
"What if I don't want to?"
I wagged my finger at him, "Then you're a very bad man."
